摘要:	本技術報告係針對沖繩海洋博公園經營管理以SWOT分析，對於實際現況提出優勢、劣勢、機會及威脅方式進行評估，同時2020年2月2日至2月9日到研究基地實際訪談，並以深?訪談法及現場觀察方式了解真實情況，因為深?訪談可以使研究者清楚知道事件的情況，並從受訪者的對話中?分析受訪者對此事件的感受和想法，因此本技術報告有關現場經營管理問題，透過深?訪談法和互動，了解遊客對海洋博公園現場園區管理的滿意程度，使本技術報告資?能夠?完整的呈現。故建議國立海洋生物博物館等單位作法一、應當仿效沖繩落實產官學循環互助機制，尤其館區應設置研究員針對大型水生動物專業醫療及諮詢。二、園區保持高度清潔和安全透明環境指標，園區設置多樣海域動物藝術裝置品，讓園區多元繽紛提升整體意象。三、整體海博館具有多元吸引力，尤其水族館方面更是讓遊客陸續不斷重遊重要因素之一。四、整體消費性價格符合遊客預期想法、交通指標非常明顯，遊客容易尋找到地標。五、與租賃汽車內設置GPS具有中英韓語言導航系統以利自由行國際觀光客作為交通工具。 This technical report evaluated the operation and management of Okinawa Ocean Expo Park by analyzing its current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. From February 2 to 9, 2020, on-site in-depth interviews and on-site observation at Okinawa Ocean Expo Park were conducted to explore its actual condition. The in-depth interviews allowed the researcher to clearly recognize event conditions and analyze interviewees’ feelings and thoughts regarding events through conversations. This technical report thoroughly presents topics regarding on-site operation and management of Ocean Expo Park through in-depth interviews and interaction and assessed tourists’ satisfaction with on-site management. Competent agencies in Taiwan, including the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium in Taiwan, are advised to enact the following recommendations:1.Adopt Okinawa's industry–government–academia collaboration mechanism. In particular, researchers should be present in the museum for professional medical treatment and consultation for large aquatic animals. 2.The Okinawa Ocean Expo Park maintains a high level of cleanliness, safety, and transparent environmental indicators. Artworks of marine animals were installed to provide diverse and colorful images.3.The Okinawa Ocean Expo Park has multiple attractions, and the aquarium is a critical factor for tourists to revisit. 4.The overall consumer price aligns with tourists' expectations, traffic indicators are very obvious, and tourists can easily find landmarks. 5.GPSs are installed in rental cars with Chinese, English, and Korean navigation systems to facilitate international backpackers who use rental cars for transportation.
