China immigration to Taiwan began in 1991 and reached its peak in 2009. In this era, many mainlanders yearned for life in Taiwan. According to the Immigration Department, 191,875 people from China were accepted from 1991 to 2019 in the past 30 years. Immigrants account for 36.18% of the total immigrants from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and non-registered nationals. For this group of new immigrants from mainland China who live in Taiwan, their migration motivations, daily life behaviors and consumption habits, etc., have contributed to the sustainable development of the community to a considerable extent Impact. The main purpose of this study is to explore the motives of people from mainland China with different occupations, ages and lifestyles to migrate from mainland China to Taiwan, and to separate different life behavior groups from the migrants' lifestyles and analyze The characteristics of different ethnic groups serve as a basis for the future development of new immigrant communities. In the management of the development of new immigrant communities in the future, this study suggests that the government can focus on planning related subsidy measures for migrants, including community arrangements, work and occupation arrangements, etc., because when migrants choose to migrate, most of them will be carried out in various aspects. Considering that, in the direction of the new immigrant community's business development, relevant systems can be improved to improve the quality of life of the relocatees, thereby attracting more migrants to live.
