摘要:	本研究的目的在於探討臺中市國小棒球隊發展策略之研究，並以臺中市基層國小棒球教練為研究對象。透過經營管理、棒球訓練、心理層面、外在因素等四個構面來探討臺中市國小棒球隊發展現況，研究結果顯示：一、經營管理：現有的少子化衝擊著球隊的招生人數。而在場地的部分，有些球隊在學校裡設有簡易的內野紅土區，但有些球隊還是沒有場地可以練習。經費補助部分，每年的補助款以前一年的成績為主，對於新球隊沒有成績但又急需補助款是一大考驗。二、棒球訓練：由於旅外選手回流，臺灣又不斷辦理教練訓練營，帶進了很多新的觀念，現在教練已可以有計畫性、科學化的方式來教育選手。三、心理層面：現行基層國小教練還是以經驗法則在引導學生的心理技能。未來可以在教練增能研習裡多增設心理學相關課程。四、外在因素：學業部分，教練、老師、家長要互相協助，成為一個協助孩子成長的聯盟。家長部分，目前球隊大部分都有自己的遊戲規則，來規範家長有熱心過頭的介入情形。對未來臺中市基層國小棒球教練發展棒球運動的建議：臺中市基層國小棒球運動發展除了仰賴教練們的努力之外，還是得透過政府資源、學校支持、社會資源等多方面的協調支持，才能讓基層國小棒球實力更加茁壯。下面的根基打得好，才會帶動國中、高中棒球隊的成績。 The purpose of this study is to discuss the development strategy of the Taichung City Elementary School baseball team, and take the primary school baseball coach of the Taichung City as the research object. Through the four aspects of business management, baseball training, psychological level, and external factors, the current status of the development of the national baseball team in Taichung City was explored. The research results show that:1. Management: The current declining birthrate impacts the enrollment of the team. In the part of the field, some teams have a simple infield clay field in the school, but some teams still have no field to practice. In terms of financial assistance, the annual grant is mainly based on the performance of the previous year. It is a test for the new team that has no achievement but urgently needs the grant.2. Baseball training: Due to the return of overseas players, Taiwan has continued to run coach training camps, which has brought many new ideas. Now coaches can educate players in a planned and scientific way.3. Psychological level: The current primary-level elementary school coaches still use the rules of experience to guide students' psychological skills. In the future, more psychology-related courses can be added to the coach training.4. External factors: In the academic part, coaches, teachers and parents should help each other to become an alliance to help children grow up. For the parents, most of the teams currently have their own rules of the game to regulate parental involvement.Suggestions for the development of baseball in the primary school baseball coaches of Taichung City in the future:In addition to relying on the efforts of coaches, the development of baseball sports at the grass-roots primary school in Taichung City must be coordinated and supported by government resources, school support, and social resources to make the grass-roots primary school baseball stronger. The following foundations are played well to drive the results of the junior high school and high school baseball teams.
