摘要:	在經濟全球化及資訊科技日新月異，國際間既有的經貿環境和產業結構已呈現不同以往，各個產業鏈相互依存的越來越重，金融已突破傳統金融模式舊思維，發展出供應鏈金融（Supply Chain Finance, SCF），也就是透過以金融機構(銀行)、放款機構針對特定之核心企業(又稱為中心廠商)、上下游企業提供金融產品、服務的一種融資模式，資金可以靈活運用在供應鏈中，使得規模較小之企業，不會受到資金不足的限制，而各個產業無不透過新的金融模式及相關服務，以降低供應鏈融資成本，提高供應鏈體系的效益，達成共贏的局面。本研究主要是在探討供應鏈金融的發展沿革、模式，透過個案訪談方式來分析金融機構(銀行)與企業間供應鏈金融實務操作，整理出實務與學術供應鏈金融差異，有助於讀者可以更進一步了解與認識目前供應鏈金融，進而歸納探討出未來之研究方向。 With economic globalization and information technology changing rapidly, the existing international economic and trade environment and industrial structure have been different. In the past, the interdependence of various industrial chains has become heavier and heavier. Finance has broken through the old thinking of traditional financial models and developed supply chain finance ( Supply Chain Finance , SCF), which is a financing model that provides financial products and services to specific core enterprises (also known as central manufacturers) and upstream and downstream enterprises through financial institutions (banks) and lenders. Funds can be flexibly used in In the supply chain, small-scale enterprises will not be restricted by insufficient funds, and each industry will all use new financial models and related services to reduce supply chain financing costs, improve the efficiency of the supply chain system, and achieve a win-win situation. This research is mainly to discuss the development history and mode of supply chain finance. Through case interviews, it analyzes the practice of supply chain finance between financial institutions (banks) and enterprises, and sorts out the differences between practice and academic supply chain finance. To further understand and understand the current supply chain finance, and then summarize and explore the future research direction.
