    摘要: 本研究以製造業印尼籍、越南籍外籍移工為研究對象,探討外籍移工在我國工作時,在台工作適應度及生活管理問題與留任意願之關聯性,藉此能幫助企業知道外籍移工對於工作的適應程度於期滿後留任意願關聯性之差異,採問卷方式收集資料進行進行調查。以Google網路問卷共收回351份有效樣本數,在台製造業外籍移工的五項研究假設實證中,有四項研究結果證實假設成立,分別為工作適應滿意度與生活管理滿意度、工作適應滿意度與留任意願、生活管理滿意度與生活互動性適應及生活管理滿意度與留任意願,參考過去學者研究文獻中可以證實以上四項假設研究結果為顯著關係,其中僅有生活互動性適應與留任意願的研究結果證實假設不成立,多數移工在台時間不長,或是來台後都是與自己相同國籍的親朋好友群聚相處,因此不常與台灣人長時間相處互動,對於外籍移工在台的生活互動性適應與留任意願的關係結果顯示沒有顯著影響。
    This research studies the migration of Indonesian and Vietnamese foreign workers in the manufacturing industry as the research objects, and explores the correlation between the adaptability of work in Taiwan and life management issues and the willingness to stay in Taiwan when foreign workers are working in here, thereby helping companies to know the foreign workers' migration. After the expiry of the work, the workers' adaptation degree will be left with any difference in willingness to associate, and the data will be collected by questionnaires for investigation.A total of 351 valid samples were retrieved using the Google online questionnaire. Among the five research hypotheses of foreign immigration in Taiwan's manufacturing industry, four research results confirmed the hypothesis, namely, job adaptation satisfaction and life management satisfaction, work adaptation satisfaction and willingness to stay, life management satisfaction and life interactive adaptation, and life management satisfaction and willingness to stay, with reference to past scholars’ research literature, it can be confirmed that the above four hypothetical research results are significant relationships, of which only the result of the research between life-interactive adaptation and willingness to stay was confirmed that the hypothesis is not established, most of the migrant workers are not in Taiwan for a long time, or they come to Taiwan to gather with friends and family of the same nationality, so they do not often interact with Taiwanese for a long time. For foreigners, the relationship between the interactive adaptation of life in Taiwan and the willingness to stay in Taiwan showed no significant impact.
