    摘要: 幼兒教育為之重要,因為在幼兒時期所經驗的事將影響著孩子往後一生的發展,並且成為一切教育之基礎。隨著時代變遷,台灣社會也逐漸重視幼兒教育,家長對幼兒園的期待不再僅是照顧性需求,而是希望孩子在其中可以快樂學習、健康成長,也因此對幼兒園的各層面也有了更多要求,在選擇孩子所欲就讀之幼兒園十有更多考量因素。而在幼托整合之下托兒所、幼稚園統一正名為幼兒園,然而隨著社會需求,各類型的幼兒園也紛紛成立,幼兒園管理者如何在眾多園所中脫穎而出成了其課題。本研究整理相關文獻,並採用層級分析法,歸納優質幼兒園的評估構面及其評估要素,藉由問卷發放,以基隆公立幼 兒園家長為研究對象,了解家長在評選其心中優質幼兒園時,評選因素之權衡重要,期望能供幼兒園管理者在其規劃辦理幼兒教育時作為考依據。
    Early childhood education is important because children is influenced on their life and development by the experience in early childhood, and the influence will become the foundation of the education of children. Along with the change in times, Taiwan society has gradually attached importance to early childhood education. Parents' expectations of preschools are no longer just caring needs but hope that children can learn happily and grow up healthily. Therefore, there are more requirements for preschools focusing on different levels, and more factors will consider when choosing the preschools their children want to attend. Under the integration of kindergartens and nursery schools, they unify to renamed preschools. However, with the social demand, all different kinds of preschools have been set up one after another. How to stand out from the numerous preschools has become preschool managers’ issue. Based on the relevant literature, this study summarized the evaluation dimensions and evaluation elements of high-quality preschools by using the analytic hierarchy process. Through the questionnaire, the parents who have kids studying in the Keelung public school took as the research object. I hope that we can learn what major factors parents weigh in their minds when selecting a high-quality preschool, which expects to provide the basis for preschool managers in their planning and operating of early childhood education.
