    摘要: 人事成本一直是企業成本中最大的因素,合理的薪資福利對照員工自己的工作績效,最終反應在企業績效。本研究欲探討薪資福利與企業績效的相關性,並以小型企業為例。研究方法採用深度訪談,受訪者背景至少課長以上職務且對於員工薪資福利及經營者關切的企業績效有深刻的接觸者。受訪者共計8位,研究面向以薪資福利及企業績效進行探討。本研究預期結果有三:一、獲得小型企業的員工對於薪資福利考量因素的了解。二、小型企業的經營,各項的考量因素納入風險評估及經營績效,訂定出合理的 薪資福利,並以薪資福利及激勵獎金等制度,提高企業經營績效。三、研究結果可被小型企業主制定薪資福利與企業績效的前因後果參考範例。
    Personnel costs have always been the biggest factor in enterprise costs. Reasonable salary and benefits are compared with employees’ own work performance, and ultimately reflected in enterprise performance. The study intends to explore the correlation between salary and benefits and corporate performance, taking minor enterprises as an example. The study method uses in-depth interviews. The interviewee has a background of at least a class leader or more and has deep contacts with employees’ salaries, benefits and business performance that the operators are concerned about. There are a total of 7 interviewees, and the research is focused on salary and welfare and corporate performance.There are three expected results in this study:1. Gain an understanding of the salary and welfare considerations of minor enterprises employees.2. For the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises, various consideration factors are included in risk assessment, operating performance, reasonable salary and benefits are formulated. The systems such as salary and benefits and incentive bonuses are used to improve business performance.3. The research results can be used by minor enterprises owners to formulate reference examples of the cause’s consequences of salary, benefits and corporate performance.
