    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討桃園市國小學童的網路使用行為與其心理需求及生活適應程度之關聯。本研究採網路問卷之調查方式,問卷參考相關問卷和相關文獻集結而成。於 2020年 04月隨機抽樣抽取高年級學童作為研究樣本,回收587份有效問卷,經統計分析後,茲將本研究所得結論歸納如下:一、就現況而言可見,桃園市國小生之心理需求滿足程度,以「歸屬感」是分構面中滿足程度最高,自主感的滿足程度次之,成就感是三者中最低的。二、桃園市國小生之網路使用行為中,可發現受試者最常以搜尋引擎來進行線上學習,並使用線上串流影音來作為休閒娛樂,以及運用通訊軟體進行社交溝通。其中最常使用的是休閒娛樂,線上學習是相對之下最少使用的。三、由分析結果可見,成就感滿足程度愈高者,愈容易使用網路進行線上學習,且心理需求中自主感滿足程度愈高者,愈與網路使用行為有所關連。四、由網路行為對生活適應來看,可發現線上學習與個人適應最有相關,而休閒娛樂以及社交溝通則與同儕適應最有相關。在生活適應整體的相關分數上來看,運用線上學習以及工具性使用相關網路使用行為將對生活適應程度有正向的幫助。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the Internet using behaviors of elementary school students, Psychological Needs of Self-determination and Life Adjustment. This study adopts the online questionnaire method, based on related questionnaires and articles. In April 2020, we randomly selected and sampled some of students in the elementary school as a research sample and collected 587 valid questionnaires. With the method of the statistical analysis, the conclusions drawn in this study were summarized as follows: 1. Among the “Psychological Needs of Self-determination” of the elementary school students in Taoyuan city, the perception of “Relatedness” is the highest, and the perception of “Competence” is the lowest.2. Among the “Internet using behaviors” of the elementary school students in Taoyuan city, the most popular are using search engine for online-learning, using streaming media for entertainment, and contact by instant messengers.3. The perception of “Competence” is higher, the more Internet using behavior “ online-learning” appears. The perception of “Autonomy” is higher, the more Internet using behaviors appear.4. The perception of “online-learning” is related to self-adjustment most. The perception of “leisure and entertainment” and “social communication” are related to “peer interaction”.5. The perception of “online-learning” and “instrumental using behavior” can positively affect the life adjustment.
