This study aims to explore the traditional Taiwanese opera culture by conducting a case study of Yeh-Chin Taiwanese Opera Theater. This article not only discusses the origin of traditional Taiwanese opera culture, but also explores the Inheriting Youth, Innovation and Technology, and Permanent Promotion, allowing the traditional Taiwanese opera culture to showcase in an international stage and become a must-see cultural drama for international tourists visiting Taiwan.Facilitated by in-depth interviews and focus group interviews with Taiwanese opera stars, we have collected data and analyzed the results to look into the importance of cultural heritage, innovation, and promotion of Taiwanese opera. The research results show that the future relevance of Yeh-Chin Taiwanese Opera Theater significantly and positively affects the youthfulization, technological innovation, and permanent promotion of Taiwanese opera. The conclusions of the study are as follows : First, the uniqueness of Taiwanese opera in the agricultural era no longer exists, under a diversified entertaining environment as such. Second, the only way for Taiwanese opera to attract the young audience is the technological "innovation" of the artistic body. The foundation is that there are artistic elements that young people love, and young people are the basis of cultural heritage. The youthfulization of cultural heritage brings vitality to Taiwanese opera, whereas the technological innovation helps enhance the essence of art and implant popular elements. The permanent promotion of Taiwanese opera is for Chinese people all over the world to remember the loyalty, filial piety, ethics and justice of their ancestors and become the best citizens. The international tourist platform " Yeh-Chin Taiwanese Opera Theater " is a living fountain of Taiwanese opera.Future research direction: The way to popularize this innovation that is based on ballet, adding the popular elements of hip-hop and rap to the singing tunes of Taiwanese opera shall be further discussed, and in turn let all the Taiwanese opera groups perform together to achieve the success of artistic transformation.
