本研究旨在瞭解居家服務員工作壓力與留任意願之關係,並比較不同背景變項的居服員工作壓力的差異,同時了解其間的相關性及影響之重要因素。本研究以台北市某居家照顧服務員人力派遣公司於109年4月間以結構式自填問卷進行施測,取得92位有效樣本作為研究對象,所取得的資料以t檢定、變異數分析、相關性分析與多元迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。本研究綜合研究結果,主要發現如下:一、 不同背景變項對於工作壓力有顯著差異,其中不同年齡與婚姻在「技術低度使用」的工作壓力有顯著的差異;不同工作年資在「角色衝突」的工作壓力有顯著的差異;不同教育程度在「角色模糊」的工作壓力有顯著的差異。二、 居服員的留任意願與「健康狀況」有顯著的正相關,與工作壓力中的四個變項「工作負荷過度」「技術低度使用」「角色衝突」「角色模糊」有顯著的負相關。三、 「健康狀況」與「技術低度使用」二個變項,為留任意願之重要影響因素。健康狀況越好,留任意願越高;技術低度使用工作壓力越高,留任意願越低。研究者根據研究結果,提出改善居服員工作壓力之建議,做為長期照護體系及未?研究方向之參考。 This research is mainly to discuss and understand the relationship between home worker's work pressure and stay at will, and to compare the differences in work pressure of home workers in different background variables, and to understand the correlation and important factors between them. In this study, a home-based caregiver manpower dispatch company in Taipei City was tested in April 109 using a structured self-filled questionnaire, and 92 valid samples were obtained as the research object. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA analysis multiple regression analysis and Hierarchical regression analysis to Moderated Mediation .The results of the study found that different personal backgrounds have significant differences in work pressure; health status and low-level use of technology are important influencing factors for staying at will; finally, it is found that the support of home service supervision has a regulating effect between work pressure and staying at will. According to the research results, suggestions for improving the working pressure of the servants are put forward, which can be used as a reference for the long-term care system and the research direction.
