    Abstract: 為了讓顧客在品嘗咖啡及體驗服務能產生滿意度與忠誠度,除了咖啡豆的品質之外,還有沖泡的技巧和時間掌握與拿捏,更重要的是咖啡師的專業能力。然而,過去研究卻很少探討學員參與煮咖啡專業訓練的學習成效之影響因素。因此,本研究在探討學員參與煮咖啡專業訓練的學習行為、學習態度、學習滿意度、以及學習成效之間的關連性。個案咖啡培訓機構收集參與培訓成員資料,並透過統計分析。資料分析結果顯示,學員參與專業訓練的學習行為對學習滿意度與學習成效有正向顯著影響,學習態度對於學習成效有正向顯著影響。研究資料結果可供提供咖啡專業培訓機構參考,並可以提供參與培訓的學員作為學習之重視。
    In addition to the quality of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and time control, even more important in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty during coffee tasting and service experience, is the barista’s professional skills. However, very few past studies have investigated the factors influencing the learning effectiveness of participants in professional coffee brewing training. Therefore, this study investigated the relationships between the learning behavior, learning attitude, learning satisfaction, and learning effectiveness of participants in professional coffee brewing training. The coffee training organization in this study collected participants’ data and conducted statistical analysis. According to the findings of this study, the learning behavior of participants in professional training has a positive and significant effect on learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness, while their learning attitude has a positive and significant effect on learning effectiveness. The results of this study can be used as a reference for professional coffee training organizations, and to highlight the importance of learning among training participants.
