    Title: 情緒管理、網路成癮與網路霸凌之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要在探討高中生「情緒管理、網路成癮與網路霸凌之關係」,其次分析不同背景變項之高中學生情緒管理、網路成癮與網路霸凌的差異情形;並探討高中學生情緒管理、網路成癮與網路霸凌三者的相關情形;本研究採問卷調查的方式,以新北市板橋高中655位男、女學生為母群體作為研究對象,將所蒐集的資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、及迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析,研究發現歸納如下: 一、本研究結果發現不同個人背景變項調查,在網路使用行為與網路霸凌,有顯著差異,性別、學習成就與網路霸凌關係呈不顯著。二、情緒管理與網路成癮具有顯著負相關,也就是當高中學生情緒管理愈好,網路成癮的情況愈低。三、本研究結果發現,網路成癮與網路霸凌兩著間呈現顯著正相關,顯示當高中學生的網路成癮情況愈高,則網路霸凌行為愈高四、高中學生的情緒管理與網路霸凌有顯著之負相關,顯示高中學生的情緒管理越低,則網路霸凌傾向會越高。根據研究發現,研究者對學校、家長和後續研究人員提出看法與建議,以供日後研究參考。
    This study aims to explore the relationship among high school students' emotional management, internet addiction and Cyberbullying, furthermore, to analyze the differences among high school students' emotional management, internet addiction and Cyberbullying with different background variables; and explore the relationship among high school students’ emotional management, Internet addiction and Cyberbullying; this study used a questionnaire survey to take 655 male and female students from Banqiao High School in New Taipei City as the research object. The statistical analyzed method: descriptive statistics Independent-Sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The study found the following:1. Among the personal background variables of this study, Internet-using behavior and Cyberbullying reached a significant level, and the relationship between gender /learning achievement and Cyberbullying was not significant.2. Emotional management has a significant negative correlation with Internet addiction, which means that the better the Emotional management of high school students, the less serious the situation of Internet addiction.3. Internet addiction has a significant positive correlation with Cyberbullying, meaning that the higher the Internet addiction situation of high school students, the more the Cyberbullying behavior.4. It is found that the Emotional management of high school students has a significant negative correlation with cyberbullying, showing that the less the Emotional management of high school students, the higher the tendency of Cyberbullying.The researchers provide several suggestions for schools, teachers, and parents based on the research conclusions, to develop students’ Emotional management skills and reduce students' use of the Internet that causes addiction, and to reduce Cyberbullying behavior. This study also provides suggestion to research objects, research methods and research variables for conducting the future research.
