    Title: 網路使用行為、網路成癮與網路霸凌之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討新北市立錦和高級中學高中部學生網路使用行為、網路成癮與網路霸凌之相關研究;本研究採取網路問卷調查方式,參考陳淑惠網路成癮問卷、黃士珍網路霸凌問卷和相關文獻集結而成;於2020年2月以該校作為研究樣本,隨機抽樣方式,回收278份有效問卷,經統計分析後,茲將本研究所得結論歸納如下:一、研究結果顯示個人背景因素與網路霸凌關聯性,僅學業表現呈現顯著差異;性別、年齡及家長態度與網路霸凌呈現不顯著;故假設一僅學業表現此項成立。二、研究結果顯示網路使用行為與網路霸凌中關聯性,其中使用年資、使用時數及使用動機呈顯著差異;使用地點及使用媒介呈現不顯著;故假設二網路使用行為部分成立。三、研究結果顯示網路成癮與網路霸凌關聯性,耐受性、戒斷症狀、強迫性上網、人際與健康及時間管理問題均呈現正向顯著標準;故假設三網路成癮與網路霸凌成立。根據研究結果,建議學校應定時安排反霸凌專題宣教及法治教育,強化學生對於霸凌的認知,並與家長聯繫,共同掌握孩子平時上網的狀況,適時管控上網時間,避免孩子成為網路霸凌行為人或是受害人導致發生憾事。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the related research on internet use behavior, internet addiction and cyberbullying of Jinhe Senior High School students in New Taipei City; this research adopts an online questionnaire survey method. The questionnaire and related literature were assembled; in February 2020, the school was randomly sampled as a research sample, and 278 valid questionnaires were recovered. After statistical analysis, the conclusions of this study are summarized as follows:I.The results of this study show that personal background factors are related to cyberbullying, and only academic performance shows significant differences; gender, age, and parental attitudes are not significantly different from cyberbullying; therefore, assume that only academic performance is established.II.The results of this study show a correlation between Internet usage behavior and cyberbullying, in which years of use, hours of use, and motivation for use are significantly different; places of use and media used are not significant; therefore, it is assumed that the second part of the network use behavior is established.III.The results of this study show that Internet addiction is associated with cyberbullying, tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, compulsive Internet access, interpersonal and health, and time management issues all present positively significant criteria; Road Bullying was established.According to the research results, it is recommended that the school should regularly arrange anti-bullying special missionary education and rule of law education to strengthen students' awareness of bullying, and contact parents to jointly master their children's online status and timely control online time to avoid children becoming online bullying People or victims cause regrets.
