    Abstract: 目的 – 本研究目的針對橡膠生產小農在不影響環境生態下對於經濟與社會條件提供可持續性的指導方針。此項研究的宗旨如下:(1)建立一套有效的屬性來評估天然橡膠的可持續性; (2)判斷橡膠可持續發展方面之間的相互關係; (3)辨識指導小農戶天然橡膠可持續發展的準則。方法論 – 本研究採用模糊德爾菲法(FDM)和模糊決策試驗與評估技術(FDEMATEL)。 FDM的用意在於其有效性和專家小組達成共識,他們就可持續橡膠屬性發表了自己的看法。而(FDEMATEL)是將屬性之間的相互關係映射到結構模型中,並將其分為原因組和結果組。原創性/價值 – 橡膠是泰國最重要的經濟作物之一,由於其生產價值,出口收入和小農戶的就業機會,具有重要的經濟意義。然而,不可持續的橡膠,農業,例如將天然林轉變為橡膠農場和單一種植,引起了人們對環境的嚴重關注。調查結果 – 調查結果表明,環境方面的影響最大。對於小農的資本投資而言,提高天然橡膠質量,促進增值,營銷平台,替代性收入來源,材料消耗和探索多樣性是應優先考慮的重要標準。研究局限性 – 這項研究的局限性包括屬性的數量,其中方面的數量限制為4個,標準限制為27個。此研究基於泰國南部素叻他尼省的泰國橡膠局的30位專家。未來的研究應考慮來自各省和不同政府機構的專家意見。
    Purpose – This study aims to provide guidelines to achieve sustainability in terms of the economic, social condition of smallholder’s rubber production without further affecting the environment. The objective of this study is as follows: (1) To develop a valid set of attributes for assessing the sustainability of natural rubber; (2) To determine the interrelationships among the sustainable rubber development aspects; (3) To identify the criteria to guidelines sustainable development of natural rubber for the smallholders.Methodology – This study uses the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) and the Fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation technique (FDEMATEL). FDM is for validity and reaching consensus by a group of experts that expresses their opinion on a sustainable rubber attribute. At the same time, FDEMATEL is to map the interrelationship among the attributes into a structural model and divide them into a cause group and effect group. Originality/value – Rubber is among the most important cash crops of Thailand due to its economic importance for the country and owing to its productive value, the income from exports, and the job opportunities for smallholder farmers. However, unsustainable rubber, agriculture, such as converting natural forests to rubber farms and monocultures, are giving rise to severe concerns to the environment.Findings – The findings identify that the environmental aspect has the most significant influence. For smallholder farmers, capital investment, enhancing natural rubber quality, promoting value addition, marketing platform, alternative income sources, material consumption, and exploration of diversity are the significant criteria that should be prioritized. Research Limitations – There number of attributes is limited; only 4 aspects and 27 criteria are considered in this study. This study is based on 30 experts from the Rubber Authority of Thailand in Surat Thani province, in southern Thailand. Future studies should consider expert opinion from the various regions and different government agencies.
