    Abstract: 研究目的-本文的目的是探討台灣中小型企業裡的加工產業,建構工具機共享的商業模式以及共享經濟在工業領域的發展可行性。 以台灣中小型企業-齒輪製造業之個案公司,應用本研究之理論機制,本研究提出運用ISM詮釋結構模式,解釋共享經濟是如何以社會交換理論,來探討人們互相提供報酬,形成共享經濟之信任機制。 除了經濟的利益之外,共享經濟的商業模式還被認為可以創造環境和社會價值。通過將消費者的習慣改變為出租,共享,交換或借出閒置商品,共享經濟的商業模式可以最大程度地利用資源並避免過度消費。減少抵制與增加信任,並且將共享經濟帶入台灣中小型製造產業中,使發揮最大妥善使用剩餘的企業資源,並且藉由互聯網科技的力量,將製造業閒置的工具機達到資源利用最大化。 並且補足台灣中小型企業在資訊交流上面的封閉,希望能藉由此研究達到突破。深入了解“工業共享經濟”。最後形成建構工具機分享的商業模式,為各個關鍵研究領域提供了啟示,可以在往後的共享平台中擁有更大的突破。
    Research Purpose-This study aims to explore the manufacturing industry in Taiwan's small and medium scales enterprises, and build a business model for sharing machine tools and the feasibility of the sharing economy development in this industrial.This study applies sharing economy theory using a case study of mechanism of Taiwan’s small and medium scale enterprises-gear manufacturing industry. This study uses Interpretive Structural Modeling to explain how the sharing economy to explore people’s mutual compensation and forms the trust in the sharing economy in the manufacturing industry.Apart from the beneficial of the economy, the business model of the sharing economy is to create environmental and social value. The business model of the sharing economy can maximize the use of resources and avoid excessive consumption by changing the customer behaviors to renting ,sharing ,exchanging or leading idle goods.
