現今社會「環境保護」已經是人人都關心的議題，隨著自然資源、化石能源消耗的增加，倡議「降低核能與化石能源的使用」之聲迭起，加之「城市廢棄物氾濫」也是個棘手的問題，因此綠能產業已是未來的發展趨勢。我國政府在「因應景氣振興經濟方案」提高購置節能設備、獎勵購置節能標章產品及提高再生能源設置補助等項，經濟部已納入10%綠色內涵獎勵投資約500億元臺幣，顯示政府對於循環經濟以及永續發展越來越重視，希望透過循環技術暨材料創新研發專區、綠色消費與交易、新循環示範園區，能加強整合各方面的策略以及共識，創造經濟成長、社會發展以及環境永續三贏的局面。本研究以個案–大愛感恩科技進行探討對象，運用再生資源來創造新的產品，不僅能夠幫助地球也能夠幫助人們，在循環經濟的意識下，大愛感恩科技以創新為本，並且與時俱進向大眾宣導環保觀念，建構出核心的競爭力。因此，本研究希望藉由循環經濟商業模式分析與深度訪談法來探討大愛感恩科技現有的經營模式的優劣勢，最後整合出各項經營方針與資源，提出未來適合之商業模式，供其參考。 Nowadays, "environmental protection" in society is an issue that everyone is concerned about. With the increase in the consumption of natural resources and fossil energy, the voice of "reducing the use of nuclear energy and fossil energy" has emerged, and the "flooding of urban waste" is also a tricky one problems. So the green energy industry is already the future development trend.In the "Plan to Responding to the Prosperity of the Economy" : Improve the purchase of energy-saving equipment / Reward the purchase of certified energy-saving products / and Increase the subsidies for setting up renewable energy, the MOEA has included 10% green connotation incentive investment of about 50 billion NT dollars. Shows that the government pays more and more attention to the circular economy and sustainable development. Hope that through the circular technology and material innovation R&D special district, the green consumption & trading, and the new circular demonstration park can strengthen the integration of various strategies and consensus, and create a win-win situation of economic growth, social development and environmental sustainability. In this study, we will discuss the case of Da.Ai Technology who uses renewable resources to create new products that not only to protect the earth but also to help people in disasters. Under the awareness of the circular economy and based on innovation, Da.Ai Technology advances with the times to promote the concept of environmental protection to the public and builds its core competitiveness. This research hopes to explore the advantages and disadvantages of Da.Ai Technology's current business model through circular economy business model analysis and in-depth interviews. Finally, it integrates various business policies and resources, and proposes a suitable business model in the future for its reference.
