護理人員日夜顛倒忙碌的工作環境中,情緒壓力大。因此本研究蒐集相關文獻建立醫療院所護理人員覺察正負情緒評估模式,以221項五大評估構面與評估指標。個案實證A與B等兩家醫療院的護理人員覺察自我情緒感受,以語意尺度量化評價,應用Fuzzy TOPSIS 進行優化情緒排序,A醫院Ki*值為0.465,排序為第1;B 醫院Ki*值為0.457,排序為第2。依據DMAIC針對排序效果,建立護理人員覺察自我情緒管理改善策略。本研究具有非常重要的價值與貢獻,以利後續專家學者參考與建議。 Nursing staff reverses the busy working environment day and night, and the emotional stress is huge. Therefore, this study collected relevant literature to establish the evaluation model of positive and negative emotions of nursing staff, including 221 questions in five evaluation aspects and evaluation indicators.The nursing staff from two medical hospitals, as A and B, were perceived their emotional feelings, were quantified the evaluation on the semantic scale, and were applied Fuzzy TOPSIS to optimize emotional ranking. The Ki * value of hospital A is 0.465, ranking first; the Ki * value of hospital B is 0.457, ranking second.Based on the DMAIC's ranking effect, the study established a nursing staff awareness self-emotional management and improvement strategy.This research has very important value and contribution which can provide reference and suggestions for follow-up experts and scholars.
