    摘要: 現今社會逐漸往少子化及高齡化社會成長,寵物在家庭中的地位逐漸轉化為家人般的存在,於是與寵物相關產業逐漸興起,而社會大眾也開始習慣與寵物共同生活、活動,然而遭棄養的流浪動物問題也逐漸浮出檯面。本研究目的在於探討前往寵物餐廳消費之顧客其與寵物間的情感依附情形,及其是否會影響消費顧客於動保議題的公益行為。本研究以個案研究及深度訪談法進行調查研究,個案研究對象為寵物餐廳負責人,以其於經營期間所見所聞作為研究訪談蒐集資料,並將訪談彙整後歸納分析出研究結論。本研究希望有助於理解現今寵物相關議題概況及供寵物餐廳參考於調整經營策略中。
    Due to the trend of low birth rate and the aging in modern society, pets gradually become one of our family members. As a result, the industry related to pets rises gradually and the community is getting used to staying and living with pets. However, the problem about abandoning pets also shows up. The purpose of this research aims to discuss the emotional attachment situation between the customers who visit pet friendly restaurants and their pets and whether it will affect customers to take part in charitable activities related to animal protection issues.This research is conducted in cases and in-depth interviews. Cases focus on the owner of pet friendly restaurants. What the owner said was taken as the data of research information and it would be analyzed and summarized as the conclusion. This research hopes to help realize the general situation of pet-related issues and offer business strategies for pet friendly restaurants.
