小農生產,農產品競爭力低,因此發展精緻農業,要求農產品高質量、高附加價值與高商品率,獲取最大產出效益與提升國際競爭力使農民受益為重要課題。 本研究以彰化T農場為個案,研究其落實精緻農業作為與方式以及為其規劃行銷策略供後續投入產業人員參考。欲種植附高附加價值之農產品,最重要的是其生長過程與環境,業者採取離地栽培法與滴水灌溉以穩定、提高農產品產量及防止病蟲害 ; 添加有機泥炭土增加土壤保水保肥力 ; 使用有機肥料以及積極取得標章認證。活用行銷策略SWOT分析與創新商業模式使精緻農業與休閒農場之結合發揮其經濟與觀光價值。 For small farmers, the competitiveness of agricultural products is low. Therefore, the development of refined agriculture requires high quality, high added value and high commodity rate of agricultural products, obtaining maximum output benefits and enhancing international competitiveness to benefit farmers. This is an important issue. This study takes Changhua T Farm as a case to study its implementation of refined agriculture practices and methods and its planning and marketing strategies for the reference of subsequent input industry personnel. To grow agricultural products with high added value, the most important thing is the growth process and environment. The industry adopts off-ground cultivation and drip irrigation to stabilize, increase the output of agricultural products and prevent pests and diseases; add organic peat soil to increase soil water retention and fertility; use organic Fertilizers and actively obtain certification certification. Utilizing SWOT analysis of marketing strategy and BMG (Business Model Generation) to make the combination of refined agriculture and leisure farms play their economic and tourist value.
