台灣歷來皆以製造加工業為主力與國際競爭,面對大陸及東南亞地區國家製造業之興起,台灣勢必難以與其競爭,進而台灣服務業才得以成為我國經濟成長的火車頭,然目前台灣服務業成長已呈顯緩慢,如何提升是刻不容緩須解決之事項,因之,本研究係在於如何加強商圈研發創新,注入在地文化與科技元素,提高產業附加價值,促使服務業升級與轉型,而商圈經營成功與否,取決於在地組織領導協調能力,NPO組織如何永續經營,可藉由成立組織內部專案小組執行各項組織工作,並應有自主財源之挹注,組織可開發自有品牌,發展自己獨特的產業,並透過有效的行銷,增加組織運作資金,另應積極培養新血輪,讓更多年輕人及有相同理念的人參與,並且深化在地居民認同感,藉由商圈組織之健全發展,提升商圈經營者的服務態度與熱忱,達到商圈及商圈組織共創、共榮、共生之景。 The manufacturing industry had been the primary economic sector that put Taiwan on the international map in the past; however, Taiwan’s inability to compete with the rise of the manufacturing industry in Mainland China and Southeastern Asian countries in recent decades had shifted the economy in Taiwan completely. As Taiwan bid farewell to its once glorious manufacturing industry, the service industry had since become the strength and heart of Taiwan’s economy. Although the service industry had became the primary economy sector in Taiwan, the growth has become stagnant; therefore, the objective of this research is to focus on how to innovate and develop business districts through the combination of local culture and technology in hopes of adding additional benefit to the existing industry. In terms of ensuring the success of a business district, effective leadership of non-profit organizations, establishing appropriate departments and projects within the organization, creating its own brand, and running effectual marketing campaigns could all contribute towards the increase of funding and attracting young talents. With the participation of young talents, individuals who are passionate about the matter, enthusiast locals, and devoted business owners, business districts and organizations would only come up with new ideas but also thrive in this environment.
