近年來社區意識蓬勃發展，在社區事務上居民參與管理的方式便被積極地提出，因此促進社區居民共同參與社區的活動與公共事務，將能對水圳環境綠美化管理與維護有所助益。本研究主要目的在了解社區居民對環境的社區意識、探討社區居民的社區參與管理程度、分析社區居民之社區意識與社區參與管理意願之關係。以臺中市大肚區永和里社區為研究範圍，透過質性訪談，訪談3位受訪者。本文探討水圳環境綠美化對永和里社區意識與社區參與管理之關係，透過文獻分析及深度訪談進行研究，研究結論為：臺中農田水利會在設立水圳環境綠美化之初，是由永和里里長為了社區環境發展，凝聚社區居民的社區意識，讓社區居民有其共識時，向水利會申請改善水圳周遭的空間使用，水利會本於敦親睦鄰同意興建水圳環境綠美化，並將其委託永和社區發展協會維護管理。水圳環境的改善，影響永和里社區甚鉅，社區居民由最初的共識形成，讓水圳環境變成社區居民的共同維護目標，進而組織管理團體，並公開與居民參與討論其相關公共事務，以提升生活品質與社區意識，而當社區居民對社區事務由關心發展到參與，亦可凝聚居民對社區的歸屬感，以達成社區共同願景。本研究提出建議如下：(1)鼓勵年長者參與社區活動、(2)強化社區組織及自治決策能力、(3)提升社區居民參與層次。 In recent years, community awareness has developed vigorously, and the way in which residents participate in management in community affairs has been actively proposed,therefore, to promote community residents to participate in community activies and public affairswill be beneficial to the management and maintenance of the greening of the waterway environment.The main purpose of this study is to understand the community awareness of the community about the environment, to explore the degree of community residents participation in management ,and to analyze the Relationships among the community awareness of community residents and the community willingness to participate in management.Taking Yongheli Community in Dadu District of Taichung City as the research scope, through substantivews,interview three interviewees .This article explores the Relationships among the environmental landscaping of waterway and community awareness of Yongheli and community participation in management.Research through literature analysis and in-depth interviews,The conclusion of the study is the Taichung Irrigation Association was at the beginning of the establishment of the landscaping of waterway.It was proposed by the chief of Yongheli to gather coummunity awareness of coummunity residents for coummunity development,so that community residents have their consensus.Apply to the Irrigation Association to improve the use of space in the water week,and the Irrigation Association cooperates with the local authorities to agree on the greening of the waterway environment and entrust it to the Yongheli community development association for maintenance and management The improvement of the waterway environment has a huge impact on the Yongheli community.Community residents are formed by the initial consensus, turning the water environment into a common maintenance goal for community residents, and then organizing management groups and publicly discussing their related public affairs with residents to improve the quality of life and community awareness. When community residents care about community affairs Development to participate can also condense residents' sense of belonging to the community to achieve a common vision of the community.The research recommendations are as follows:(1) Encourage seniors to participate in community activities, (2) Strengthen community organization and autonomous decision-making ability, (3) Improve the level of participation of community residents.
