現代人積壓過多工作壓力,在忙碌的生活步調中,壓力緊緊攀附著心靈,導致身心緊繃、精神萎靡,而休閒活動有非常多種類,其中,參與認真休閒之志工,投入公益。本研究以福智文教基金會志工為例,目的在探討福智文教基金會志工的休閒態度是否會紓解其工作壓力。研究範圍以中區福智文教基金會志工為研究對象,採用立意選樣法進行問卷調查,共發出302份問卷,有效問卷回收率100%。本研究將休閒態度的結構分成三項構面:認知、情意和行為,紓解工作壓力的結構分成:個人反應、工作關注、工作勝任及人際關係四項構面進行探討。分析結果顯示休閒態度所有之構面對紓解工作壓力所有之構面都具有正向影響。最後,依據分析結果,提出建議及對後續研究者提供未來研究之建議。 Excessive work stress is common among individuals in the contemporary world, the accumulation of which may have sourced from the individual’s fast-paced lifestyles. This accumulation may cause individuals to experience physiological and psychological tension and lethargy. Among the various types of leisure activities, one consists of participating in public welfare as serious leisure volunteers. This paper discusses whether the leisure attitudes of volunteers in the Bliss & Wisdom Foundation of Culture and Education effectively relieve their work stress. Volunteers from Central Taiwan were selected through purposive sampling; 302 questionnaires were distributed, all of which were returned with valid responses. In this paper, leisure attitude is divided into 3 dimensions: cognition, affection, and behavior; work stress relief is divided into 4 dimensions, namely personal reactions, work concerns, work competencies, and interpersonal relationships. The analysis revealed that all leisure attitude dimensions positively influence all work stress relief dimensions. Finally, research and practical suggestions were proposed for future researchers and studies according to the analysis results.
