    題名: 應用腦波及心律訊號調查休閒活動 情境休閒涉入、流暢體驗和休閒過度之關係

    摘要: 隨著時代的不同,人們對於休閒的需求也有著多變化,在步伐快速的世代,不僅是上班族感受到工作壓力,連學生群都會感受到課業壓力,在網際網路裡線上遊戲創造出虛擬實境,讓人們可以足不出戶的進行休閒,達到紓解緊張及壓力、且達到自我生活上的運作。本研究結合實驗研究生理訊號資料收集與調查,作為研究設計的架構,探討主要目的為休閒情境涉入、流暢體驗與休閒過度之相關性,採用問卷調查為研究工具,不受限制的研究對象,分別探討參與麻將線上遊戲者情境休閒涉入與流暢體驗之關係、是否會透過情境涉入影響流暢體驗及休閒過度、了解參與麻將線上遊戲流暢體驗與休閒過度之關係;以及利用腦波及心律探討參與麻將線上遊戲者休閒涉入、流暢體驗與休閒過度之關係。本研究依據研究目的和假設所的到的結果為:在休閒情境涉入及休閒流暢體驗、休閒過度量表驗證,顯示皆在預期的構面,具有量表信度。透過生、心理反應交叉表分析結果顯示,腦波Wide band及心律LF/HF,在前測顯示出一致性,經由參與休閒活動之後,從散佈圖可得知,腦波及心律變得不一致性,標示腦波在興奮的狀態下,心律已產生疲倦。腦波生理訊號與量表資料的交叉分析,受測者對休閒情境涉入,不同的涉入程度會影響休閒情境涉入,受測者對休閒情境涉入,所測得的腦波訊號Beta4、5為高頻率波段(介於Bata波之間)較為顯著,這顯示參與者透過休閒活動的涉入能讓自我專注力提高、感官受刺激會比較明顯。腦波生理訊號及心律資料與量表資料的交叉分析,受測者對休閒過度,所測得的腦波訊號Theta波、BVP HR心跳較為顯著,顯示受測者生理已感受到疲倦、無聊、抑鬱的情緒,則心理訊號卻顯示很興奮。
    With the different times, people's demand for leisure has also changed, in the fast-paced generation it is not only the office workers who feel the pressure of work, but also the students feel the pressure of schoolwork. With the virtual reality created by online games, so that people can stay at home for leisure, to relieve tension and ease the pressure to achieve the operation of self life.The study combine the physiological signals’ data collection and investigation, used as the framework of research design. The main purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between leisure context involvement, fluency experience and excessive leisure. Questionnaires were used as the research tools, unlimited research subjects, explore the participation of Mahjong Online players in the context of leisure involvement and fluency experience separately, whether will affect the fluency experience and excessive leisure through the context of leisure involvement; understand the relationship between the fluency experience and excessive leisure of Online Mahjong players. Also the brainwave and heart rate were used to explored the relationship between fluency experience and excessive leisure of Online Mahjong players.According to the purpose and hypothesis of this study, the results are: involvement in leisure situations and leisure fluency. The results of the test and the over leisure scale showed that they were in the expected dimension and had the reliability of the scale.The results of cross table analysis showed that the brain wave wide band and heart rate LF / HF were significantly higher than those of the control group. After taking part in leisure activities, we can know from the scatter map that brain waves and heart rhythm changes. Inconsistent, indicating that brain waves in the excited state, rhythm has produced fatigue.In the cross analysis of brain wave physiological signals and scale data, the subjects were involved in different leisure situations. The results show that the degree of involvement in leisure situation will affect the EEG signals of the subjects involved in leisure situations.Beta4 and 5 are high frequency bands (between Bata waves), which indicates that the participants can improve their self concentration and stimulate their sense organs through leisure activities.The cross analysis of brain wave physiological signal and heart rate data with the scale data showed that the subjects had a better understanding of leisure. The measured brain wave signals theta wave and BVP HR heartbeats were more significant, indicating that the subjects had already felt tired. Tired, bored, depressed mood, the psychological signal is very excited.
