Abstract:	本研究主要目的是希望透過研究更加清楚消防救災人員在選擇團體保險時，會用哪些評估的因素來進行決策，讓這群高風險的消防人員及其眷屬能有更完備的保障，以台中市消防員為例作探討，並參考過去文獻及依據30位消防員之問卷所得結果，找出影響評估的主要因素。最後本研究針對全國消防員及後續研究者提出建議，期望能對消防人員及政府消防機關在未來進行相關團體保險規劃能有所助益。研究結果發現：最終影響購買團體保險商品的決策因素是保險商品的保障的範圍、保障的額度及保費的金額。受訪者在公司面上的回答，最終影響購買團體保險的決策因素是保險公司的信用及財務的健全。受訪者在業務人員面上的回答，最終影響購買團體保險的決策因素是保險業務人員的專業知識、服務態度及專業證照。上述之研究結果將可提供給相關消防單位及後續研究者做為建議及參考，也能讓消防同仁們有更多的保障。 This thesis aims to explore and present the indicators in the decision-making process for fire fighters to select group insurance products, in order to have more comprehensive coverages for the high-risk professional and their families.The case study research on Fire Fighter in Taichung city begins with a literature review and then conducts a survey to collect responses from 30 fire fighters to further examine the major indicators. In the last part of the thesis, the author also addresses recommendations to fire fighters across the country and interested researchers, in order to benefit the fire fighters and government authorities during the process of selecting group insurance products in the future.The findings of this research indicates that the key indicators for final decisions on selecting a group insurance product are the scope of insurance coverage offered by the insurance company, the insurance coverage and insurance premiums. According to the responses from the 30 interviewees, the key indicator for final decisions on selecting insurance company is the credit and financial health of an insurance company. The key indicator for final decision on selecting an insurance agent is professional competence, including knowledge of insurance business, quality of service and certified licenses. The outcomes recommendations of the case study research is available to fire fighters, related authorities and interested researchers as a reference.
