中文摘要本研究探討臺中市東勢區中嵙里守望相助隊高齡者的社會參與及活躍老化的狀況，採用質性半結構式訪談，訪談內容達到飽和狀態後進行逐字稿分析，依據逐宇稿分析的結果撰寫本論文。研究者訪談五位高齡並資深的隊員，探討參與守望相助隊是否強化了個人的社會參與以及讓老年生活更為活躍。本研究的目的有下列三點：一、探討農村年長者守望相助隊員的社會參與狀況及活躍老化原因。二、年長成員長期參與守望相助隊之原因和吸引他們留下來的原因。有何困境，及長者如何因應。三、守望相助隊和強化農民的社會參與和活躍老化的關係。研究結果證實社會參與有助於活躍老化，守望相助隊對社區幫助很大，現階段守望組織運作仍面臨諸多問題與困境。至於應如何在既有基礎上,持續向前邁進，研究者提出建議如下:一、兩性平權，女性參與，勢在必行。二、隊員年輕化。三、增加福利、專業知識。四、增加隊員值勤公權力五、隊員值勤安全六、請款資料化繁為簡研究者透過本研究的歷程學習到守望相助、自動自發、無怨無悔的精神，在農村地帶年長者本著這樣的精神為社區?牲奉獻實在令人敬佩。關鍵字：守望相助隊、社會參與、活躍老化 ＡｂｓｔｒａｃｔThis study explores the social participation and active aging of the elderly in the Zhongke village (中嵙里) of Dongshi District (東勢區) in Taichung City, who are the member of Over Watch Help Team. Qualitative semi-structured interviews are used. After the content of interview reached saturation, a verbatim analysis is conducted, and this paper is written based on the results of this analysis. The researchers interviews five seniors and is willing to explore, whether participation in the Over Watch Help Team strengthened individual social participation and made the elderly life more active. The following three points belong to the purposes of this study:1. To explore the reasons for social participation and active aging of the rural elders in watch help team2. To explain the reasons why the older members participate stay in the Over Watch Help Team for a long time. What are the difficulties and how do the elderly respond.3. How could the Over Watch Help Team strengthen farmers’ social participation and active aging promote. The results of the study confirmed that social participation contributes to active aging, and the Over Watch Help Team is very helpful to the community. At this stage, the Over Watch Help Team still faces many problems and difficulties. On the existing basis the work of Over Watch Help Team would be continued. For this reasons following suggestions are made by the researcher: 1. Gender equality and female participation are imperative.2. The over watch team needs young members3. Both welfare and professional knowledge are to Increase.4. Give the team members on duty power by the authority. 5, To ensure the safety of team members on duty.6. The information for tax claiming is to be simplified.Through this research, the researchers have learned the spirit of mutual help, spontaneity and sacrifice.
