    Abstract: 本研究欲透過Tushman & O’Reilly (1996)所提出的組織創新理論的四項關鍵層面,包括:正式組織運作方式、關鍵任務、人員及文化,透過這四大構面去分析運動品牌供應商的該公司的組織運作方式與作業流程。研究結果顯示個案公司斌持誠信、專精與誠信的目標創造競爭優勢,並由團隊制定目標與決策,透過反饋機制將作業面臨問題回饋給團隊並致力解決所欲的問題。其次,個案公司各部門以功能分工的方式進行垂直式作業,如遇問題再轉由其他部門協同處理。最後,定期人才選用及教育訓練持續,為創造培養員工專業能力為個案公司組織創新成功之關鍵因素。
    This research intends to analyze the four key aspects of organizational innovation theory proposed by Tushman & O'Reilly (1996), including: formal organizational operation methods, key tasks, personnel and culture, through these four aspects to analyze sports brand suppliers The company's organization of the operating process.The research results show that the case company holds the goals of integrity,specialization and integrity to create a competitive advantage, and the team sets goals and decisions, and feeds back problems to the team through the feedback mechanism and strives to solve the desired problems. Secondly, each department of the case company conducts vertical operations in a functional division of labor, and if problems arise, it is transferred to other departments for coordination. Finally, regular talentselection and continued education and training are key factors for the success of organizational innovation of the case company in order to create and cultivate professional skills of employees.
