Abstract:	位於亞洲的台灣，有著多元文化結合的特色，也正是如此在這僅僅36,193公里的小土地上，有著高密度的人口，處於開發中階段的台灣，出生率正呈現負成長狀態，平均每6.2位青壯年扶養1位老年人的比例將在近年大幅度減少，因此未來長照要求必然是非常需要。而本研究將整復推拿產業與長期照顧服務做比較，將兩者結合可能性作分析。研究結果：一、兩者產業結合是可以被期待的。二、養生保健觀念是漸漸被全世界人所重視且需要。三、和緩與調理方式是結合優勢。 Taiwan is located in Asia, with a multi-culture combination characteristic, also it is the only 36193 km of small land, with a high density of population, in the developing stage of Taiwan, the birth rate is negative growth, on average every 6.2 support 1 a proportion of the elderly in young adults will be greatly reduced in recent years, so long as requirements must be very need in the future. This study compared the reconditioning massage industry with long-term care services and analyzed the possibility of combining the two. Results: first, the combination of the two industries can be expected. Secondly, the concept of health care is gradually valued and needed by people all over the world. Three, gentle and conditioning way is a combination of advantages.
