Abstract: | 健康產業已成為全球當前最受注重的發展趨勢,全球的產值在保健營養品及生技醫療服務部分,估計超過上兆美元,每年也維持高成長率,發展潛力可觀,此包括保健、臨床醫療、生物科技等相關產業,核心產品、技術、通路與製造等涵蓋其中。本文透過文獻架構策略創業的機會辨識、市場定位、資源配置與機會開發四構面,加以探討本研究之個案醫療生技公司,以此四構面分析健康產業策略創業與其演化,歸納個案公司的創業發展期與穩定成長期之轉型與創新,探討健康產業策略創業發展要素,研究結果獲得此健康產業平台為機會辨識;將病患和消費者轉到平台,提供營養保健食品,媒合專業醫師和生技醫療聯盟機構等轉介之資源配置;完善消費者之通路,符合現代消費習慣之市場定位;以分享資訊及整合各社群,串接此社群至生態系為機會開發。文末,提出本健康產業策略創業所需理論與實務管理意涵,並對相關政策機構提出建議,以策略創業觀點再創健康醫療產業發展。 he health industry has become the most focused development trend in the world. The global output value is in the health nutrition and biotechnology medical services. It is estimated that it exceeds US $ 1 trillion and maintains a high growth rate every year. The development potential is considerable. This includes health care, clinical medicine, biotechnology and other related industries. Core products, technologies, channels and manufacturing are covered. This article explores the case study of medical biotechnology companies in this research through the four frameworks of literature framework strategy entrepreneurship opportunity identification, market positioning, resource allocation and opportunity development, based on these four aspects, it analyzes the health industry strategic entrepreneurship and its evolution, summarizes the transformation and innovation of the case company's entrepreneurial development period and stable growth period, and discusses the health industry strategic entrepreneurial development elements, the research results obtained this health industry platform as an opportunity to identify; transfer patients and consumers to the platform, provide nutritional health foods, match professional physicians and biotech medical alliance institutions and other referral resource allocation. Improve the access of consumers to meet the market positioning of modern consumption habits; share information and integrate various communities, connect this community to the ecosystem for opportunity development. At the end of the article, the theoretical and practical management implications of the strategic entrepreneurship of the health industry are proposed, and recommendations are made to relevant policy agencies to reinvent the health and medical industry development from the perspective of strategic entrepreneurship. |
