| Abstract: | 本論文探討智慧樂齡養生宅之顧客價值與倫理價值，以樂齡養生宅對於高齡銀髮族群經常性面臨的問題，分有：功能性價值、快樂性價值、關係性價值及情境性價值等四項，但對於倫理性價值較少投注研究，故本文採用整合顧客價值與倫理價值為架構，加以分析研究案例之五大觀點。本研究採用德爾菲法(Delphi Method)之專家訪談，訪談後研究1.發現面對高齡化老年社會，智慧樂齡養生宅不僅可以提供老人家一個很好且專業的生活照顧，並給予尊重、愛與自由，其過程讓長輩自我實現生命的價值。2.智慧樂齡養生宅內部結合多項科技功能設備，其的效用及生活的益處高於一般住宅，可提供更加安全更具機能性與方便性的居住環境。3.對家庭能提供家人共聚空間，凝聚親情關係，對消費的產品信賴及滿意可建立長期的關係價值。4.對家人而言，營造快樂，讓共生宅價值更高，愉悅心情是增加生命品質，並兼具社群及運動休閒，延緩老化及預防疾病最佳良方。5.智慧樂齡養生宅能提高自主及自理能力，並可建構相當完善且溫馨的情境，在兼顧心靈的主題式環境，是高齡長者的安身處。其本研究結果對政府制定長照政策上提供具體建議與管理意涵。
This paper explores the customer value and ethical value of the smart elderly health home, the problem of the old age health home for the elderly people with silver hair, there are four items: functional value, happiness value, relational value and situational value. However, there is less research on ethical value, so this article uses the integration of customer value and ethical value as a framework. Therefore, this article uses the integration of customer value and ethical value as the framework, and analyzes the five views of the research case. This study uses Delphi Methodexpert interviews, post-interview research. It is found that in the face of an aging society, smart elderly health home can not only provide a good and professional life care for the elderly, and give respect, love and freedom, the process allows elders to realize the value of life. Integrated with a number of scientific and technological functional equipment, its utility and life benefits are higher than ordinary houses, which can provide a safer, more functional and convenient living environment. For families, it can provide space for family to gather together, consolidate family relationships, and trust and satisfaction in consumer products can establish long-term relationship value. For family members, to create happiness and make symbiosis homes more valuable, and a happy mood is to increase quality of life, and both community and sports leisure, the best way to delay aging and prevent disease. Smart elderly health home can improve autonomy and self-care ability, and can build a quite perfect and warm situation, in a thematic environment that takes care of the mind, it is a place for the elderly. The results of this study provide specific suggestions and management implications for the government to formulate long-term policies. |
