保全業為以人為中心的服務密集產業,隨著科技的進步與通訊的即時性,將需進行更進一步的創新,從過去現金支付慢慢轉變為行動支付,需要特別考量行動支付用戶之客戶資料安全性。本研究目的以使用者經驗針對行動支付流程為基礎,提出客戶資料是否外流遭盜用之安全問題探討,以達成讓行動支付的普及率提高,進而提出行動支付安全之建議。探討客戶資料之安全性分為四個部分:第一部分介紹何謂行動支付,第二部分探討行動支付的流程,第三部分探討行動支付的客戶資料安全問題,第四部分了解相關的金融科技配套方式。並以台灣中部地區為實證對象,探討顧客使用者經驗與實際感受,歸納規則與建議,協助政府、金融機構、相關廠商、民眾未來在使用機制下之探討。 The security industry is a people-centered service-intensive industry. With the advancement of technology and the immediacy of communication, further innovations will be needed, and the cash payment will be gradually transformed into mobile payment in the past. Special consideration will be given to the customer information of mobile payment users. The purpose of this study is based on the mobile payments process, and the security issue of whether the customer data is stolen or not. To improve the penetration rate of the action payment, and then propose the action payment security. Exploring the security of customer data is divided into four parts: the first part introduces what is the action payment, the second part discusses the action payment process, the third part discusses the customer data security of action payment, and the fourth part understands the relevant financial technology matching methods. . Taking the central part of Taiwan as an empirical object, it explores the experience and actual experience of customer users, summarizes the rules and recommendations, and assists the government, financial institutions, related manufacturers, and the public to explore the future use mechanism.
