本研究旨在運用科技接受模式建立三項研究目的以探究穿戴式裝置創新、服務品質、知覺有用性、知覺易用性與使用者滿意度之關聯性。具體而言,本研究首先探究穿戴式裝置創新與服務品質對於知覺有用性與知覺易用性之影響效果,並進而分析穿戴式裝置知覺有用性、知覺易用性與使用者滿意度之關聯性。本研究主要運用問卷調查法且藉由Google form 平台針對具備穿戴裝置使用經驗者蒐集實證資料,多變量分析方法則著重於敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析與結構方程模型等。研究結果顯示穿戴式裝置創新與服務品質對於知覺有用性與知覺易用性皆存在正向顯著影響效果,亦即強化穿戴式裝置創新程度或與服務品質皆有助於改善使用者對於知覺有用性與知覺易用性之評價水準。其次,強化穿戴式裝置改善使用者對於知覺有用性與知覺易用性之評價水準將有助於強化使用者滿意度。 The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship betweenwearable device innovation, service quality, perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and user satisfaction. Specifically, this study firstexplores the wearable device innovation and service quality, perceivedusefulness and perceived ease of use for effect and wearable device isanalyzed on the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and therelevance of user satisfaction. This research mainly uses questionnaireinvestigation and borrow by Google Form platform for wearable devicesusing experience will be to collect empirical data multivariate analysismethod is focus on descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis,reliability analysis and the structure is divided into model and so on.Research results show that the wearable device innovation and servicequality for the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use has positivesignificant effect on both which strengthen the wearable device innovationdegree or all help to improve the service quality and user for perceivedusefulness, perceived ease of use and evaluation standards. Secondly,strengthening wearable device to improve the user the evaluation level ofperceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and will help strengthen theuser satisfaction.
