    Abstract: 隨著新冠疫情全球流行,健康保健意識日益重視,足使人蔘產品也愈發受到市場關注。人蔘作為為名貴中藥材,人蔘價值更獲得世界各國之廣泛認同。然而從人蔘全產業鏈之發展角度,人蔘仍以應用於藥品、保健品、以及化妝品等領域為主,而尚未進入食品領域進行規模化生產,因此,限制下游終端市場之開發與運用。因此,如何推動人蔘產業轉型升級,發展人蔘產業鏈整合服務平台,已經成為產業界共同之議題。為此,本研究以探討某個案B公司人蔘產業之發展歷程,透過商業模式之「顧客價值主張-關鍵資源-關鍵流程-利潤公式」理論架構分析,以瞭解個案B公司在發展路徑所面臨之問題與挑戰,以及未來商業模式創新之策略。研究發現個案B公司在規模化階段以關鍵資源為驅動力,帶動其商業模式之發展;其次,在國際化階段個案B公司以關鍵流程為核心主軸,自主開展經營,建構國際化之產業價值鏈。
    With the global prevalence of the COVID-19 and the increasing awareness of health care, ginseng products are increasingly concerned by the market. Ginseng as a precious Chinese medicinal material, the value of ginseng has been widely recognized in the world. However, from the perspective of the development of the ginseng industry chain, ginseng is still mainly used in the fields of medicine, health care products, cosmetics and other fields, and has not yet entered the food field for large-scale production. Therefore, the development and application of downstream terminal market are restricted. Therefore, the crucial problem is how that enterprises can promote the transformation and upgrading of ginseng industry to develop ginseng industry chain integration service platform. To this end, this study explores the development of the ginseng industry of a certain company. Through the business model consisting of customer value proposition, key resources, key processes and profit formula, the study aims to understand the problems and challenges faced by the case company in the development path, and the future business model innovation strategy. The study found that in the scale stage, the case drives the development of its business models emphasizing key resources. In the internationalization stage, the case company drives the key process as the core axis, independently carried out operations, and constructed an internationalized industrial value chain.
