本研究以國內長達半世紀0至2歲的托育生態,在面臨國家為提升人口出生率,全面廣推「托育公共化」,並加碼規劃托育補助政策中,近十年來如雨後春筍設立的私立托嬰中心,將如何因應快速的婦幼福利政策?以及如何調整經營模式?作為研究背景與動機;藉由影響外部環境的PEST分析,歸納與嬰幼兒托育相關的提綱,邀約實務經營主管訪談,以所蒐集的資料分別進行SWOT分析。在私立托嬰中心、準公共化托嬰中心、公設民營托嬰中心(或公共托育家園)、與企業附設托嬰中心四種不同型態的營運作為比較,進而以SWOT交叉分析之後,藉之謀求私立托嬰中心未來經營策略制定,俾利提供國內0-2歲托育產業相關人員之參考。 This research uses the domestic childcare ecology of 0 to 2 years old for half a century. In the face of the country, in order to increase the birth rate, comprehensively promote the “publicization of childcare” and increase the planning of childcare subsidy policies, the establishment has sprung up in the past decade. How will the private childcare centers in Taiwan respond to the rapid maternal and child welfare policy? And how to adjust the business model? As the research background and motivation; using the PEST analysis that affect the external environment, summarize the outlines related to infant child care, invite the practical management executive to interview, and conduct SWOT analysis with the collected data.Compare the four different types of operations in private childcare centers, quasi-public childcare centers, public private childcare centers (or public childcare homes), and childcare centers attached to enterprises, and then use SWOT cross-analysis. It seeks the future business strategy of private childcare centers, and provides sugestions for domestic 0-2 year old of childcare industry.
