Abstract: | 一家成功的公司需要精湛的生產技術,但同時也需要完善的倉儲系統規劃。倉儲的基本功能為存放以及調度產品,須隨時保持順暢的流動性。倉儲誤檢率發生於倉儲新手人員熟悉度不夠以及產品相識度接近,會嚴重企業的生產線運作。因此,企業如何不斷提升優勢以適應環境變動,從而提升企業之競爭力,讓企業可以永續發展。本研究採用個案研究法,以塑膠射出成型業為研究個案,探討個案,品項、種類、數量、定儲、資訊化、流程透過數據分析之定位、等進行分析,以瞭解個案公司從發展、策略選擇以及未來走向。研究發現個案公司之產品線,仍以塑膠業務為主;其次,在服務創造新價值以滿足顧客的需求。透過此研究以及改善,公司的存貨精確率上升的15%;備料效率上升的17%;電力節省效率上升10%,可用儲位面積提升30%。 A successful company needs superb production technology, but it also needs a complete warehousing system planning. The basic function of warehousing is to store and dispatch products, which must maintain smooth liquidity at all times. The misdetection rate of warehousing occurs when the novice warehousing personnel are not familiar enough and the product familiarity is close, which will seriously affect the production line operation of the enterprise. Therefore, how can companies continue to improve their advantages to adapt to changes in the environment, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the company, so that the company can continue to develop. This research adopts a case study method, taking the plastic injection molding industry as a research case, discussing the case, item, type, quantity, fixed storage, informatization, process through data analysis positioning, etc. to analyze the case, the company’s development, Strategic choice and future direction. The study found that the product line of the case company is still mainly based on the plastic business; secondly, it creates new value in the service to meet the needs of customers. Through this research and improvement, the company's inventory accuracy rate has increased by 15%; material preparation efficiency has increased by 17%; power saving efficiency has increased by 10%, and the available storage area has increased by 30%. |
