    Title: 塑膠射出製程品質與價值提升
    The Process Improvements of Quality and Value in Plastic Injection Industry

    Abstract: 塑膠射出的產業成熟且大量使用在全世界,為了提供更佳的製程品質以及良率,改善製程條件對公司來說是必要的。許多機台往往設定在原廠的參數,但隨著機台工作環境不同,以及塑膠原料的不同來源,這些製程參數往往不是最佳條件,這樣的情況不但會造成產品的品質不穩定,更大大的影響製程良率。而良率控制以及改善是公司最重要的獲利路徑,所以重新審視製程參數來達到改善良率是公司永遠的重要課題。本文利用調整製程參數,來分析其對產品的品質及良率影響。其參數包含了射出溫度、射出壓力、射出速度、色母以及色粉的選擇。因為塑膠射出必須先把塑膠粒子加溫融化,再注入鋼造模具成形,所以射出溫度極為重要;在較高的射出溫度可以把塑膠粒子融化的更加完全,使得在模具中成形的塑膠會更加均勻,更能增加良率提升,射出溫度參數從170°C調整至210°C,使良率增加16%。射出壓力是使溶化後的塑膠粒子填充於模具之中;若壓力不夠會造成塑膠原料與模具不夠緊密,影響成品內部密度,所以加強射出壓力可以改善產品的射出形狀及耐用度,射出壓力參數由80 kg/cm2調整至110 kg/cm2,使得良率改善12%。射出速度指的是溶化後的塑膠原料灌入模具的速度,若填料速度不夠,會造成有過多的空氣注入造成氣泡,同時製造產品的速度也會拖慢,我們加快的射出速度,讓此效應降到最低,射出速度由基本的50 kg/hr改善至140 kg/hr,也改善的製程良率9%。塑膠產品的顏色製程是由選擇色母或者是色粉來調整;在塑膠原料還沒進機台做射出成形之前,使用色母先加入塑膠原料,再進機台射出產品;如果使用色粉控制成品顏色,則是在射出前再與塑膠原料一起攪拌;使用色母會有較好的顏色均勻度,每個成品的顏色差異度也較小,如此會有較好的品質以及良率,成功提升9%良率。最後,我們組合各最佳參數條件,良率總共可以提升22%。
    This article uses adjustment process parameters to analyze its impact on product yield. Because plastic injection must first heat and melt the plastic particles, and then inject the steel mold to form, the injection temperature is extremely important; at a higher injection temperature, the plastic particles can be melted more completely, so that the plastic formed in the mold will be more uniform , Which can increase the yield rate. The injection pressure is to fill the melted plastic particles into the mold; if the pressure is not enough, the plastic material and the mold will not be tight enough, which will affect the internal density of the finished product. Therefore, strengthening the injection pressure can improve the injection shape and durability of the product. The injection speed refers to the speed at which the melted plastic material is poured into the mold. If the filling speed is not enough, too much air will be injected to cause bubbles. At the same time, the speed of manufacturing the product will also slow down. We increase the injection speed to make this effect Reduced to a minimum, also improved process yield. The color manufacturing process of plastic products is adjusted by selecting color masterbatch or toner; before the plastic raw material is injected into the machine for injection molding, use the color masterbatch to add the plastic raw material first, and then enter the machine to inject the product; if using toner control The color of the finished product is mixed with the plastic raw materials before injection; the use of color masterbatch will have better color uniformity, and the color difference of each finished product will be smaller, so there will be better quality and yield.
