臺灣自2020?邁入死亡率大於出生率的總人口減少的社會;2025年將進入超高齡社會。政府及民間開發商可依循日本之案例將銀髮共生宅型態導入臺灣,讓高齡者在晚年仍享有尊嚴、健康的快樂生活。本研究採個案研究法,以H建設為研究個案,探討個案的產業發展歷程,透過策略創業之機會辨識、資源配置、市場定位、機會開發等四個構面進行分析,了解個案公司從奠基期、轉型期、飛躍期之歷程演化。研究結果發現本個案多以藉由外部分析辨識創造價值取得競爭的優勢,各項價值訂定具有的優勢創造競爭定位;探討其策略創業歷程與有助企業開發機會動態轉變,透過企業內部分析,有效利用組織建立的各種人力、資金與政府關係等資源,進行更多的機會開發之效益。 Since 2020, Taiwan has entered a society where the total population with a death rate greater than the birth rate has decreased; in 2025 it will enter a super-aging society. The government and private developers can follow the case of Japan to introduce the silver-haired symbiosis house into Taiwan, so that the elderly can still enjoy a dignified, healthy and happy life in their later years. This study adopts a case study method, taking H construction as a research case to explore the industrial development process of the case, and analyze the four aspects of strategic entrepreneurship, including opportunity identification, market positioning, resource allocation, and opportunity development, to understand the company’s foundation The evolution of the period, the transition period, and the leap period. The results of the study found that this case mostly used external analysis to identify and create value to gain competitive advantage. The existing advantages of various value setting create competitive positioning; discuss its strategy and entrepreneurial history and the dynamic changes that will help the company to develop opportunities. Through internal analysis of the company, it can effectively use the various human, capital and government relations established by the organization to carry out more opportunities for development benefits.
