    Title: 以專屬資產觀點探討發電機智能產業發展
    Exploring the Development of Intelligent Generator Industry Based on The Perspective of Asset Specificty

    Abstract: 台灣發電機產業年產值新台幣18億元是小規模之產業,但發電機卻是非常重要攸關安全救護之產業也是不可缺之產業。發電機設備默默地服務待命於各大樓、醫院、餐廳、學校及工廠內,負責安全救護之重要設備。發電機設備在未來也必須扮演起電力輔助供應角色,發電機產業在未來之維運更加重要。本研究以個案實務上探討發電機產業從市場、行銷、生產及服務之面相。並利用公示資料蒐集分析統計發電機市場結構及生態。發電機產業85%之物料由國外進口,唯有15%屬於企業加工完成,以專屬資產之理論探討發電機產業由國外原廠進口物料中分析關鍵零組件陷入國外原廠專屬資產之程度。利用專屬資產之型態比較分析發電機智能化與傳統服務之差異價值,並提出以發電機產業智能化建構行銷加值服務、關鍵零組件運籌之交流及售後加值之管理平台增進上游、同業及顧客之信賴關係。本文主要在實務上發現發電機產業議價空間小,完全掌控於關鍵零組件原廠手上,而台灣發電機產業產值低迫使在新設置發電機間競爭廝殺嚴重無利可圖。又從發電機售後市場發電機產業之企業卻見不到全心投入售後服務市場。售後服務市場經研究統計年產值達新台幣52億元以上,經過本次探討研究發現發電機產業在售後市場完全斷鏈,且整體發電機售後市場使用者圖方便及節省經費委由沒有專業公司統包承接,實務上發電機設備機動保全上處於很大安全危機。本文以專屬資產觀點探討發電機智能化從研究探討中獲得發電機之智能管理平台,可以串聯國外原廠共享關鍵零組件、知識圖庫、儀器設備及專業人才交流,橫向連接同業關鍵零組件庫存買賣資訊、知識圖庫、儀器設備租借服務及專業人才交流(訓練、經驗)。提供發電機專屬智能平台利用B2B及B2C之商業模式結合住宅管理顧問公司及機電顧問公司及顧客讓其習慣使用發電機智能平台之運用及深化並促進提升發電機產業發展。
    Taiwan's generator industry, with an annual output value of NT $1.8 billion, is a small-scale industry, but the generator is a very important and indispensable industry for safety and rescue. The generator equipment is silently on standby in all buildings, hospitals, restaurants, schools and factories, responsible for the important equipment of safety rescue. Generator equipment must also play a role of auxiliary power supply in the future, and the maintenance of generator industry is more important in the future. This study explores the market, marketing, production and service aspects of the generator industry. The market structure and ecology of generators are analyzed by using the public information. 85% of the materials in the generator industry are imported from abroad, and only 15% of them are processed by enterprises. Based on the theory of exclusive assets, this paper discusses the extent to which the key components of the generator industry are trapped in the exclusive assets of foreign original manufacturers. This paper compares and analyzes the different value between intelligent generator and traditional service by using the types of exclusive assets, and proposes to build a management platform of marketing value-added service, communication of key component operation and after-sales value-added by using intelligent generator industry, so as to enhance the trust relationship among upstream, peers and customers. In practice, this paper finds that there is little room for bargaining in the generator industry, which is completely controlled by the original manufacturers of key components. However, the low output value of Taiwan's generator industry forces competition among new generators, which is highly unprofitable. From the generator after-sales market, the enterprises of generator industry can't devote themselves to the after-sales service market. According to the research and statistics, the annual output value of the after-sales service market is more than NT $5.8 billion. After this study, it is found that the power generation industry has a complete chain in the after-sales market, and the overall after-sales market of generators is convenient for users and saves money, which is contracted by no professional company. In practice, the mobile maintenance of generator equipment is in a great security crisis. From the perspective of exclusive assets, this paper discusses the intellectualization of generators. From the research and discussion, we can obtain the energy management platform of generators, which can connect with foreign original factories to share key components, knowledge map database, equipment and professional exchange, and horizontally connect the same industry's key components inventory trading information, knowledge map database, equipment rental service and professional exchange (training, experience). To provide the exclusive intelligent platform for generators, to use the business model of B2B and B2C, to combine the residential management consulting company, electromechanical consulting company and customers to make them accustomed to using the intelligent platform for generators, to deepen and promote the development of generator industry.
