社會工作學系學生在畢業以前,必須接受社工機構的實習,其實習的過程與結果,常影響社工系學生對於生涯承諾的改變。基本上,大部分社會工作學系學生對所選的實習機構領域或生涯都有相當程度的興趣,甚至是對該領域生涯的承諾,然而,就在社工實習的過程中,面臨極大的督導實務所常產生的壓迫性感受,造成受督導實習生對於實務職場產生反感,導致對當初進入機構組織所做的生涯承諾瞬間消失無蹤,甚至離開社工的生涯。本研究目的是探討社工基本特質、過去實習經驗、反壓迫感受對於生涯承諾之關聯性?研究採行量化問卷調查,總計有167位參與受訪者。其研究發現與建議如下:一、部分機構督導並未有反壓迫的覺知,發展督導反壓迫的觀點有其必要;二、極多機構督導在實務領域中對實習學生會採取負向的態度,建立實習督導的正向態度系統極為關鍵;三、在嚴格督導環境中,實習機構督導之訓練應受重視;四、建議在進入機構實習前,培養社工實習生專業基礎。 In order to get social work degree, social work students are asked to have internships or field practices in the institutions. They sometimes come to very different ends because of supervision issues. Basically, most students decide to get into the fields they choose, they mean that they had interested in these fields, and even have had career commitments to the fields for years. However, in the process of internships, the social work life careers of students are affected and changed by their oppressive supervision system in the institutions. It makes social work students become negative perspectives to the fields they are in. They lost their passion and left the social work career finally. This research aims to explore the correlations between participants’ basic characteristics, their field practice experiences, the anti-oppression feeling and social work careers commitments. A quantitative study which questionnaires investigation was conducted. 167 cases were investigated in the survey. The research findings and suggestions are illustrated as below: 1.Some of supervisors are not aware of being oppressive against students, developing anti-oppression perspective in the practical field is necessary. 2. Many supervisors in the practical field show negative attitudes to the social work students. To build up a positive supervision system is vital. 3.In the harsh environment, the internship supervision training becomes an important issue. 4. Cultivate student’s professional foundation before the they are involving in social work internship system is suggested.
