本研究目的旨於瞭解腐女們在閱聽BL(Boy’s Love簡稱)作品所蘊含的意義滿足什麼心理需要，以增進大眾對於腐女與BL及其所受到的汙名化有進一步的認識。研究採用女性主義觀點進行質性研究，使用半結構式的訪談對本研究所招募到的三位腐女受訪者進行資料蒐集，並以主題式分析法進行資料分析。 本研究結果包含（1）透過腐女對腐文化的觀察得以瞭解到網路資訊的發達促使了腐文化的產業發展與盛行，以及「腐女」一詞的出現、加上大眾不瞭解所產生的汙名化是如何影響腐女的自我認同；（2）腐女透過BL的幻想世界能夠滿足對美男子的幻想體驗，從BL中瞭解到所嚮往的親密關係為去除性別角色的平等關係，以及滿足腐女性方面的幻想與需求；（3）腐女閱聽BL反映出了女性們在這個社會當中所受到的一些壓迫，包含了性別期待的壓迫，以及對於女性情慾的不友善與客體化，而腐女得以從BL當中反轉這樣的狀態，重新獲得主導權，為平時壓抑的生活獲得解放與賦權。文末根據本研究結果與現有文獻進行對話與討論，以提供未來相關研究方向與諮商實務工作者之建議。 The research emphasizes on understanding the psychological needs of fujoshi, a group of audience of Boy’s Love, or abbreviated to BL, to help remove the stigma of fujoshi among the society and establish a deeper understanding of it. This is a qualitative research from feminist point of view by having three semi-constructed interviews with recruited fujoshi. Thematic analysis is applied to the interview result. The research results are listed as follows: (1) observing from fujoshi and BL culture, it’s clear to know the growth and development of this industry is contributed to the flourishing Internet nowadays. This tool also helps the generation of the term “fujoshi”, and further on affects the self-identification of fujoshi when being stigmatized by the society. (2)In the imaginary world of BL, fujoshi are allowed to fantasize their encounter with ideal feminine looking men. BL presents an ideal equal intimate relationship of fujoshi, and this certain kind of relationship also satisfies their imagination and needs. (3)The phenomenon of fujoshi reflects the oppressions of modern women including the expectation of gender roles and the general unfriendliness of woman’s sexual desire and objectification. Fujoshi are empowered in BL by unwinding the current situation and taking over the leading position. A discussion of research result and literature review is carried out in the end of this essay for the purpose of future research and giving suggestions to mental health consultants.
