兒童的健康是國家未來的根基。本碩士專業實務報告,研究分析教育部「健康促進學校計畫」之問卷,以便了解學童飲食、生活作息、及活動量等,是否符合學校推動之健康生活行為。本研究目的是想了解學童飲食及運動習慣對其身體質量指數之相關性。 本研究使用教育部現有「國小學生健康生活行為問卷」,於2020年04月12日-04月25日間請台中市某國小207名高年級(5-6年級約10-11歲)學生填寫問卷,共得199有效問卷份,有效問卷率達96.14%。本研究之結論及建議如下: 一、受試學童在睡眠方面普遍不錯,但睡眠不足學童需特 別關切。 二、受試學童睡眠不足可能與肥胖相關。 三、受試學童在飲食方面表現不佳,且喝含糖飲料情形普遍。四、受試學童在運動及戶外活動情形不佳。 五、運動與身體質量指數(BMI)呈負相關。 六、每天喝足1500cc白開水頻率與BMI值呈正相關。 本研究係筆者學校推動「健康促進學校計畫」執行之成效,此結果可做為日後持續推動健康促進學校計畫參考。 Children's health is the foundation of the country's future. The questionnaire of the Ministry of Education's "Health Promotion School Program" was analyzed to understand whether the school children's diet, daily living, and activity level are corresponding with the healthy behaviors promoted by the school. The Healthy Behavior Questionnaire for Elementary School Students was acknowledged by the Ministry of Education were used in this study.The purpose of this professional practice report was to find out the relationship between the diet, sleeping and exercise behaviors and students' body mass index (BMI). The convenient sampling questionnaire were used for this study. The self-administered questionnaires were collected from the elementary school senior (10-11 years old) students at Taichung from April 12 to 25, 2020. A total of 199 valid questionnaires were collected. The valid corresponding rate was 96.14%. The conclusions and recommendations of the study were follows: 1. Most of the surveyed students’ sleeping behaviors were good, but some students’ sleeping time was insufficient. Those students should be paid special attention. 2. The insufficient sleep of the surveyed students may be related to obesity 3. The surveyed students did not perform well in diet, because they drank sugary drinks too often. 4. The surveyed students were not doing well in sports and outdoor activities 5. Exercise was negatively correlated with body mass index (BMI). 6. The frequency of drinking 1500cc of water a day was positively correlated with the BMI value. This research was about the effectiveness of the implementation of the " Health-Promoting School Programs " in the author's school. This result can be used as a reference for continuing to promote the health promotion school plan in the future.
