本論文主要目的想了解臺中市外勤消防人員的「職場工作疲勞」與「休閒活動參與」之相關研究,同時也探討不同背景之外勤消防人員的「職場工作疲勞」與「休閒活動參與」,並給予建議。本研究以臺中市消防局416名外勤消防人員作為研究對象,主要以網路問卷方式進行調查。問卷分為三大部分:第一部分為「個人基本資料」,第二部分為「中文版哥本哈根疲勞量表 (CBI)」,第三部分為「各種休閒活動參與」。所得資料利用敘述統計分析、獨立t檢定 (t-test)、單因子變數分析 (one-way ANOVA) 以及相關性分析。本實驗研究結果顯示臺中市外勤消防人背景與職場疲勞程度有關,而職場疲勞程度越高,休閒活動參與頻率也越高。因此本研究建議1. 補足外勤消防人員人力,以分擔沉重業務,降低職場疲勞程度;2. 參與休閒活動來達到舒壓。 The main purpose of this study is to understand the correlation analyses of fieldwork firefighters’ occupational burnout and leisure participating. At the same time, we compared the background of fieldwork firefighters with occupational burnout and leisure participating and provided some suggestions. There are 416 Taichung City Fire Department firefighters for this study to answer the questionnaires on the internet. This questionnaire includes three parts: the first part is the “basic personal information questionnaire”; the second part is the “Chinese version of Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, CBI”; the third part is about different kinds of the leisure activities. The resulting data was analyzed by the descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test (t-test), one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and correlation analysis. The result in this study showed the occupational burnout is influenced by fieldwork firefighters’ background, and is related to the frequency of the leisure participating. Consequently, we suggest: 1. the expansion of the fieldwork firefighters share the heavy work for reducing the work fatigue and 2. to participate the leisure activities for release the work pressure.
