The purpose of this research was to understand the process and mood of visually impaired people who personally experience road running activities, and to interview visually impaired people about the cognitive situation of participating in road running. The purpose of this researchwas four: to understand the visually impaired people personally experiencing road running activities. The journey mood. 2. Interview with visually impaired people about their involvement in the road race. 3. Inductive analysis of interviews to explore the value of participation in the experience of the visually impaired. 4. Provide reference for the organizer of the follow-up road running event. This research interview explores the inductive analysis of the value of participation in the experience of the visually impaired. All three interviewees mentioned that "you must find a escort by yourself" and a suitable escort. They all expressed the importance of the escort in daily practice. And through the participation of the "organizational association" recommendation, it can strengthen the tacit understanding with the escort on weekdays; I also look forward to whether the organizer of the road run can carefully consider the importance of "setting up a escort" before handling the event. The results of this interview are the same as those of Lian Yingyi et al. (2015) and Lin Jianjun (2019). They believe that during the road running process, because of the company of other people, the change of the runner’s personal mood and the achievement of self-goal, it will assist the road running participants to continue. The possibility of completing the road run is a continuous exercise.
