近年來，志工參與逐漸成為深度休閒領域中一個重要議題。本研究旨在從深度休閒理論角度出發，透過質化研究半結構式深度訪談方式，探討議員服務處志工們的參與動機與所獲得的休閒效益。根據研究結果發現：志工們的初始參與動機裡，「利己」和「利他」因素同等重要，且在服務過程中，兩者會互相強化。志工們的參與經驗，展現深度休閒中的六個特質。其中，以獲得「個人的持續利益」最為關鍵，顯示出自我實現、自我滿足等。對於團體的歸屬感及榮譽感，進而產生情感連結，是議員服務處志工們願意持續投入志願服務工作的重要關鍵因素。對於退休者和女性家管的而言，透過志工服務可以增加社會互動及歸屬感，是向外連結社會網絡的重要管道，避免退縮到社會之外。最後，根據研究結果，進一步對未來之研究提出具體可行的建議。 In recent years, the volunteer participation was gradually form a important issue in the field of serious leisure theory.This research aims to understand and discuss the relationship between serious leisure, participation motivation and the leisure benefits. This study was preceded with qualitative research method by in-depth interviewing the volunteers of the regional Council service, with semi-structured questions about their serious leisure participationResults of this study were as follows:1. The Council Service volunteers are motivated by altruism, at the same time, they are motivated by altruism and egocentric.2. The participation experience of volunteers is in line with the six characteristics of serious leisure theory.3. The sense of belonging and honor of the group is also an important consideration for volunteers' continued willingness to devote themselves to volunteer work.4. For retirement and housewife, volunteering can increase social interaction and a sense of belonging, and is an important channel for connecting to social networks.
