    Title: 休閒活動辦理對於保險業招募人才、育才及留才效益之探討

    Abstract: 台灣面臨高齡社會來臨、出生率節節下降,甚至於2020年八月出現死亡交叉點,政府提供的社會福利政策,只是杯水車薪,所以對於商業保險的需求相對增加,因此保險業的人力需求迫在眉睫。而傳統型的網路人力銀行或人與人的介紹都緩不濟急,現代人注重工作以外也重視休閒活動,因此休閒活動的辦理對招募人才或許能達到一定的效果。以筆者本身為例也是透過參加相關團體舉辦休閒活動進而從事保險業。本技術報告書將除了提供本營運單位休閒相關活動辦理的經驗以外更運用質性訪談方式來探討活動辦理之成效。研究之訪談對象為三位工作四年以上之同仁,訪談之進行則採半結構式訪綱方式進行,並請受訪對象以開放式答題方式回答。針對整理公司歷年活動紀錄與訪談結果發現活動辦理經過照片做回顧,活動形式包括,結合節慶的角色扮演、戶外烤肉聚餐、活動過程都有安排互動的遊戲或競賽項目,讓參與者不同的體驗另外根據訪談結果則發現,透過休閒活動不僅可以讓不同行業的朋友或客戶增加對於保險業的好感度,也可以招募新人力,並對於留才和團隊的凝聚力有很好的幫助和效果。綜合以上結果可以發現,透過活動的辦理與活動的參與,公司員工對組織的凝聚力有實質的提升 ,並對於公司人才的留存與徵聘上都能有實際的幫助,活動辦理的方式可以多元方式呈現,包含結合時節辦理不同主題,並加入趣味競爭的環節更增加組織成員間的互動。
    Taiwan is facing the advent of an aging society, a declining birth rate, and even a death toll in August 2020, and the government's social welfare policy is nothing more than a water truck, so the demand for commercial insurance is relatively high, so the demand for manpower in the insurance industry is imminent. And the traditional type of network manpower bank or the introduction of people and people are not urgent, modern people pay attention to work outside also attach importance to leisure activities, so leisure activities for the recruitment of talent may be able to achieve a certain effect. Take the author himself as an example and engage in the insurance industry by participating in leisure activities organized by relevant groups. This technical report will not only provide the experience of the operating unit leisure-related activities processing, but also use qualitative interviews to explore the effectiveness of activities. The interviewees of the study were three colleagues who had worked for more than four years, and the interview was conducted in a semi-structured interview, and the interviewees were asked to answer questions in an open manner. For the finishing company’s calendar year activity records and interview results found that the activities after a photo review, activities include, combined with the role-playing of the festival, outdoor barbecue dinner, the event process have arranged interactive games or competitions, so that participants different experiences and according to the interview results found that through leisure activities can not only make friends or customers in different industries to increase the good feelings of the insurance industry, but also recruit new people, and for the retention and team cohesion has a good help and effect. Comprehensive results can be found that through the processing of activities and activities, the company's employees on the cohesion of the organization has a substantial improvement, and for the retention of company talent and recruitment can have practical help, the way of processing activities can be presented in a variety of ways, including the combination of different topics, and add fun competition links to increase the interaction among members of the organization.
