Abstract:	現代人平均餘命愈來愈長，但走入老年後的生活品質卻往往難以維持年輕時的水準，主要的原因就在生理、心理上沒辦法回到過去的高強度。現代人雖然重視休閒活動、也知道要補充營養品，但往往把這些事情分開做，加上長照發展未臻理想，因此對於銀髮族來說生活常常是既不健康也不開心。事實上休閒、長照及營養應該是密不可分的一環，三者相互關聯、影響，將三者放在一起發展才是未來健康的趨勢。本研究就將針對休閒、長照及營養這三者間進行分析，以銷售案例、實際訪談探討相關產業的前景，並利用本人對於食品營養的專業知識，論述台灣未來銀髮族生活重中之重的發展。 The average life expectancy of modern people is getting longer and longer, butthe quality of life after entering old age is often difficult to maintain the level ofyoung people. The main reason is that the physical and psychological cannot return tothe high intensity of the past. Although modern people attach importance to leisureactivities and know that they need to supplement nutrition, they often do these thingsseparately. The development of long-tern care is not ideal. Therefore, for the silverhairedpeople, life is often neither healthy nor happy.In fact, leisure, long-tern care and nutrition should be an inseparable link. Thethree are interrelated and influence each other. The development of the three togetheris the future healthy trend. This study will analyze the three aspects of leisure, longterncare, and nutrition. It will use sales cases and actual interviews to explore theprospects of related industries, and use my professional knowledge of food nutritionto discuss the top priority of Taiwanese silver-haired people in the future.
