    Abstract: 本研究目的為了解體育班學生與一般生休閒活動比較,並且在依據不同背景變項:年級、班別及性別,研究其中休閒活動、休閒阻礙與休閒滿意度,並且假設在背景變項不同情況之下,休閒活動、休閒阻礙與休閒滿意度會有顯著差異。研究方式採行自行設計問卷,並且在前測與專家校正後,實施正式問卷測驗,問卷調查結束後的統計資料,以IBM SPSS 22 做統計工具。正式問卷於中投區發放150 份,針對國中階段體育班學生與一般生,且不同年級和性別,對於休閒活動類型、休閒阻礙與休閒滿意度做研究與調查,研究結果顯示,在年級上,以AVONA 分析其相關差異性,得到結論為休閒相關統計皆無顯著差異;而在班別與性別上,以獨立樣本T 檢定,統計結果顯示,有部分顯著差異,其中體育班與男性在運動類活動參與時間與教育及生理休閒滿意度上,有較高統計數字。研究最後建議,可以在學生休閒活動推廣上,針對班別與性別予以不同教育與輔導,對於男性與體育班學生,建議朝多元休閒方式推廣,而女性與一般生,則可在運動類型休閒活動著墨。
    The purpose of this research is to understand the comparison of leisure activitiesbetween students and students in physical education classes, and it will change underdifferent backgrounds: grade, class and gender, including leisure activities, leisureactivities and leisure activities, and will not assume the background Differentcircumstances occur when changes occur. In contrast, leisure activities, leisureactivities, and leisure activities are significantly different.The research method adopts self-designed questionnaire, and after the pre-testand expert results, a summary questionnaire is implemented, and the statistical dataafter the questionnaire survey is completed, using IBM SPSS 22 as a tool. 150 copiesof the formal questionnaire were distributed in the China Investment District,targeting middle school physical education classes and general students, and ofdifferent grades and genders, to conduct research and surveys on the types of leisureactivities, leisure roles, and leisure students.The results of the study showed that in grades, AVONA analyzed its relatedsignificant characteristics, and concluded that there were no significant differences inleisure-related statistics; while in different classes, independent sample T test,statistics showed that there were some significant differences, of which sports Thereare statistics on the time of participation in sports activities and daily life data withmen.The research finally suggested that in the promotion of students’ leisureactivities, education and guidance should be aimed at different classes and genders.For men and physical education classes, students are recommended to promote diversified leisure methods, while women and general leisure activities can be sportstype leisure.
