    Abstract: 社區旅遊發展已成為各國鄉村旅遊發展的重要趨勢。近幾年,霧峰各部門積極推動文化觀光產業發展,各個社區幹部也全力投入本身的特色營造。六股社區經過多年來農村再生計畫的執行以及社區營造的努力,已逐漸找到自身的特色,準備整合社區內的產業與遊憩資源,進一步推動社區旅遊發展,以厚植社區文化經濟的永續性。本研究針對六股社區活動中心轉型成為社區旅遊中心,進行實際的規劃營造。採行動研究法,從資源盤點、創意規劃到初步營造之經驗分析與課題探討。主要研究發問包括社區旅遊中心之發展定位?創新內容?以及永續課題?研究發現,經過定位、空間、人文、產業與行銷等五項營造策略之各個行動方案的投入,已取得多數居民的認知與認同,並表示高度參與的意願。社區旅遊中心雖已轉型建置雛型,獲致初步成果,但往後之永續營造仍將面對五項重要課題,包括空間功能的融合運用、旅遊服務體系的持續強化、主題意象的維護與增強、文化活動的逐步導入與霧峰文化觀光的區域整合。
    In recent years, various departments of Wufeng have actively promoted the development of cultural tourism industry, and various community cadres have alsodevoted themselves to the creation of their own characteristics. After years of implementation of rural regeneration plans and community building efforts, Liugu Community has gradually found its own characteristics, ready to integrate the industry and recreational resources in the community, and further promote the development of community tourism, so as to strengthen the sustainability of the community’s culture and economy. This research aims at the transformation of the Liugu community activity center into a community tourism center, and carries out actual planning and construction. Adopting the action research method, it did the experience analysis and topic discussion from resource inventory, creative planning to preliminary construction.The main research questions include the development positioning of the community tourism center? Innovative content? and sustainable topics? The study found that through the investment in each action plan of the five construction strategies including positioning, space, humanities, industry and marketing, most residents have gained recognition and recognition, and expressed a high degree of willingness to participate.Although the community tourism center has been transformed into a prototype and achieved initial results, it will still face five important issues in the future sustainableIII construction, including the integration and use of spatial functions, the continuous enhancement of the tourism service system, the maintenance and maintenance of the theme image Enhancement, the gradual introduction of cultural activities and the regional integration of Wufeng cultural tourism
