    Abstract: 本研究以實務技術報告方式,進行探討因職業災害導致中途失明者藉由學習整復推拿與按摩來突破內心的困境,學習肌肉及穴道的按摩技能重新找到人生意義的生命歷程,本研究技術報告首先,透過文獻探討,整理視覺障礙者相關背景資訊的相關文章,加以歸納分析。藉文獻內容的歸納整理了解視覺障礙者,以此為立論根據。進而透過其他相關文獻的參考,發展出訪談的內容。本研究以慶生元整復按摩之家18歲以上的成人,依體型區分客戶,總計有100位個案數為研究對象,進行五種形式類別手技按摩方法。並將其結果加以歸納分析,提供建議以協助後續研究者,欲從事與中途失明者在重建生命價值中找出,多元價值管道作為生命出口等作法。
    A technical report was composed to discuss the difficulty experienced by individuals with visual impairments caused by occupational injuries and their journey of overcoming this difficulty and regaining their purpose in life by learning chiropractic adjustment and trigger point massage techniques. A literature review was first performed to compile and analyze papers on visually impaired individuals and establish the theoretical foundation of this research. Next, relevant literature was referenced to develop an interview guideline. The study participants were constituted of 100 therapists (18 years or older) in the Ching-Sheng-Yuan Chiropractic Adjustment and Massage Center, who performed five types of massage techniques applied with hands and categorized customers according to their physique. The study results were analyzed and summarized to provide suggestions for subsequent researchers who plan to help visually impaired individuals rediscover meaning in life, secure their livelihood through diverse means, or start their own businesses such as opening a lottery shop.
