本研究主要針對國立臺灣交響樂團的內部組織結構、主要來源、運作模式、服務內容以及服務對象並運用CORPS模式來分析,希望國立臺灣交響樂團在執行的各個項目細節能夠更加的順利,以一個公家單位又是非營利組織的條件來作為研究對象,並藉由質性分析法來統整資料與結果,再透過司徒達賢提出的「CORPS」模式來整合國立臺灣交響樂團的狀態及未來發展,並了解樂團現況所面臨的困難並且如何解決或改善,如何能在有限的能力及資源,讓國立臺灣交響樂團持續達到永續經營及創新。 This research mainly focuses on the internal organizational structure, main sources, operation mode, service content and service objects of the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra and uses the CORPS model to analyze.
