摘要:	本研究旨在探討業餘露營車改裝愛好者的休閒參與動機、認真休閒特質、休閒效益，以及認真休閒行為、休閒效益與休閒參與動機三者間的關聯。研究採質性訪談以透過立意取樣的方式，對三位業餘露營車改裝愛好者進行半結構式的深度訪談，彙整訪談資料後分析歸納出研究結果。本研究發現業餘露營車改裝愛好者的休閒行為大多符合Stebbins提出的六種認真休閒特質，縱然他們一開始的參與動機各不相同，有人是因受親友影響，有人是為了尋求專業露營車的替代品，有人是求休閒，有人則是為了修身養性；過程中雖因個性差異，導致涉入程度不同，專業能力亦不相同，但多數業餘露營車改裝愛好者在參與過程中都充滿感受體驗，並分別獲得生理休閒保健及防疫、心理紓壓和自我滿足、社交、生活美學和經濟等休閒效益，而這些休閒效益也支持了他們的持續參與動機，促使他們更加認真投入業餘露營車改裝的休閒活動中。本研究結果將可供各界瞭解業餘露營車改裝愛好者投入露營車改裝的動機、所獲致的效益和解析其認真休閒行為，並瞭解進入業餘露營車改裝世界將面臨的問題和專業知識取得的途徑。 This reseach is focused on the leisure participation motivations, serious leisure traits and leisure benefits of amateur camper van modification enthusiasts. It’s also focused on the correlations among these. Qualitative method is adopted through interviewing, purposive sampling with 3 amateur camper van modification enthusiasts. Furthermore, by using semi-structural in-depth interviews, the data is analyzed as follows. It is found that the leisure behaviors of amateur camper van modification enthusiasts are mostly matched to the six serious leisure traits by Stebbins. Even though they all have different participation motivations at the beginning: some for friends, some for leisure, some for finding the substitution for professional camper vans, some for cultivating themselves, with different characters, different involving levels and abilities, most amateur camper van modification enthusiasts are fulfilled with physical and mental leisure and health, epidemic prevention, self-content, social, living art and economic benefits etc. These leisure benefits enhance the participation motivations for continued engagement; therefore, it will spur amateur camper van modification enthusiasts on greater effort into the activity.The result of this reseach is able to understand what motivates amateur camper van modification enthusiasts, the benefits within it and its leisure behaviors in order to solve problems in advance.
